I’ve just made the Marlo cropped sweater as well. I made it in a wool double jersey and it’s come out very cosy. Thanks for your tips. I’m going to try the longer sleeve version now.

The cardigan looks great. Thanks for the tips. I think the two buttons look better as I did three on mine and prefer yours.

@@diannessewingroom7 hi Dianne just a plain turquoise ponte roma I got from Minerva, I prefer the longer version on me so made a light grey longer in ponte which I am really pleased with. I watch you on Minerva videos you are great.

Diane I have been binging on your very informative creative, well explained videos on RUclips. I found you about a month ago and you’ve really encouraged me to have a go at sewing. I haven’t seen for 50 years- today on my video which is probably something you’ve done months ago - you were talking about the white jacket with the animals. What a stunning jacket. I just love it so good on you and I do love the short version, I will be following all of your wonderful sessions on sewing. You have a lovely speaking voice. Very easy to understand. I’m from Australia. Keep up the creative (Work).

That looks lovely, two buttons look fine, but, I would have to have matching!!😂

Hi Janice, thank you. Yes I know it would drive mist people crazy that they didn't match but it doesn't bother me as they match size wise and bothe have the four holes. Have a super weekend.

Great tips about saving fabric and love your Burda top. I am a fan of Burda but find their instructions are scarce. Have now subscribed to your channel after watching your sewalongs on the Minerva channel as I have really enjoyed them. Pretty cardigan and I think two buttons are enough.

Hi Marlene, yes Burda instructions are a bit limited in the magazines. I'm glad you like the cardigan I wore it earlier. ☺️

Thank you for you tips on getting the most out of less fabric, the cardigan is absolutely lovely and the hacks you made were hard to see untill pointed out. Enjoy the video Have a good week.Oh just found out I can watch you on the TV. Susan 🌸🌺

Hi Susan, thank you. Yes I think we often think everyone can see these little joins but they are not really noticeable, so worth making the most of small amounts of fabric. Glad you enjoyed it. have a great evening.🙂

Both your cardigans look great. I have bought the pattern and am planning to make the cropped one. A good thing about this pattern is that you can use woven for the main pieces. This is a great video Diane so good you can get it out of a meter. That is how i usually fold my fabric , just enough to get the pieces on. J never look at the cutting out guide. J will be making a size 4 so great 😊
