About Copa do Brasil
Copa do Brasil is one of the most important football competitions in Brazil played by 86 clubs from all over the country, including the 70 best-placed clubs in the state champions, the top 10 clubs in CBF rank and also the 5 clubs playing Copa Libertadores and the last year Brazilian national champion which joins the competition directly in round-of-16.
The competition system is based on single elimination knockout rounds featuring two-legged ties. In the first two rounds, if the away team wins the first match by 2 or more goals, it advances straight to the next round avoiding the second leg. The winner of Copa do Brasil becomes eligible to play in Copa Libertadores next year.
Grêmio and Cruzeiro are the most successful clubs with 4 titles each, followed by Flamengo and Corinthians, with 3, and Palmeiras, with 2. The current champion is Flamengo.

Siempre dicen lo mismo "Erró el penal"... errar significa tirar fuera del arco o en los postes. Nunca dicen "El arquero le atajó el penal a X jugador". Casi siempre es cuestión de suerte, y esta vez le tocó al arquero.

Should've been retaken. Dida jumps almost a meter forward just as Pato strikes the ball. It is, of course, partly Pato's fault for striking it so weakly that it gave Dida the time to adjust properly, but the rule is that a keeper must be on his line as a penalty is struck, and moving off it to come forward is an unfair advantage. The goal-line official (whom I'm sure saw that happen) should've flagged.

I dont know a lot of football, just a bit. But as i can see from normal penalties, that distance is just too fucking close. And even normal penalties have a high goal-fail rate. Second, seeing how they celebrate in the end, i think the penalty occurred in the final seconds of the game, deciding the victor and the loser.
Vou lhe explicar, este jogo era para definir o time que iria para as semi finais da copa do Brasil, o jogo foi para os pênaltis,se o Pato acertasse esse "chute" empataria o resultado e as cobranças continuariam,mas o Pato resolveu brincar e fez besteira.... esse penalti foi um dos principais fatores do Pato ser emprestado para o Sao Paulo....
