Umm yes it's very much possible. In my current configuration, I have two Archer C64(s) and one TL-WR820N, where, one of the C64 is the Primary router, and the other C64 is wirelessly connected via Easy Mesh as satellite, and the TL-WR820N is connected to the satellite C64 via ethernet patch cable to work as the router for all my 2.4 GHz IoT devices, so that the main and satellite routers are free for other devices. Hope that answers your question.

Which has better speeds in both 2.4 Ghz, 5 Ghz and LAN, this C64 model or the Mercusys MR50G?

It seems that not much bandwidth is lost as in a conventional repeater, I currently have an archer C80 compatible with EasyMesh, I extend my network with a repeater that only delivers half the bandwidth and I was thinking of upgrading my network with an AX55 and then leave this C80 as a satellite Do you think that half the bandwidth is not lost?

Adjust the distance of mesh not more than 6 meters. If more than 6 meters use cable to connect mesh

What's the highest distance an added mesh router can be from the main router?
I want to keep one of the mesh routers (in another building) 100m from the main one (in main building)

Umm bridging a 100 m distance won't be possible via wireless mesh. The Archer C64 covers 2,500 square foot, which equals to about a 25 to 30 foot radius from the router (in perfect conditions, in other words the 25 foot radius lessens due to obstacles like walls and such and also interference from other neighboring Wi-Fi networks. According to TP Link, a satellite router should be placed at the 50% or 75% of the coverage radius of the primary router, hence a 100 m wireless won't be possible via this model.
You could search for routers with high gain, or consider a directional antenna type solution. But an easy way to bridge the 100 m gap would be to get a unmanaged network switch (a common 4 port unmanaged network switch would do the trick), and two 15 or 20 m (45 or 60 foot respectively) ethernet cables. All you'd need to do then is place the network switch at a convenient location in-between the two buildings and connect the two routers via the ethernet cables.

If the main router has a Guest Network, then satellite router would also have the same guest network settings?

      Unfortunately nope

Once the easymesh setup done. Turning the Guess network will work only on main router. The satellite router, guess network is not available. You need to remove the satellite router on main router and add it again after guess network is ON
