Nice card holder! Question, is it a personal preference to just you your chisels as markers and not punch all the way through or is there actually an advantage to it, like cleaner lines or something?
I prefer the look I get from the pricking iron and awl method, that's all. You can definitely use the chisels though if that is your preferred method 👍
Great video and project! I love the follow-cam shot of the groover floating towards the hot plate, heheh I just ordered the keychain template set that I have been eyeing for a while, as well as this two-set template (to save on shipping across the pond to Canada)! Thanks!
Haha yeah, I try to make the videos as dynamic as I can 👍 thank you for ordering some templates 😁 they'll be printed and on the way next week for you 👍

Very nice and looks fun. What leather did you use and size thread by who? I have the PDF’s and this is one of my next projects. Thx so much Jo.
The leather and thread info is included with the download, one page 1 of the instructional guide 👍
Muito bom, o seu trabalho ... adorei
I have this PDF and acrylic templates and am in the process of doing. What distance from the edge did you do your crease and stitch line?
My crease line is roughly 1.5mm and my stitch line is at 3 mm 👍
Great video and project!

Love these videos Jo, i’ve just ordered my first set of tools
That's brilliant!!! So excited for you 😀
Hi which tool set did you go for and has it been good enough? I'm just starting to look myself so any help would be very much appreciated thankyou
Joe, looking good - the Hatch from Metropolitan appears to be what you use where is it as stiff and hard as it looks at 1.5mm?
I love it 👍
@@JHLeather is it Newton or Chestnut?
Chestnut I think 👍
What mm leather did you use and where did you get it? Thanks
All the information on the leather is included in the information pack that comes with the patterns 👍
