I just tried the lemon grass leave in, honey and sage deep conditioner, and the Shea yogurt for the first time today and omg 😱 my hair felt so soft, moisturized and shiny, i was shook, it wasn’t greasy or anything like that it was really light weight. I’m hooked!!!
I just did a wash n go with Alikay. I used in this order - coconut milk shampoo, avocado cream moisturizing deep conditioner, creme brûlée, lemongrass leave-in and then finished with the aloe berry gel. It is an amazing wash n go. It has good hold, well-defined curls but my hair is extremely soft. Definitely sold on this line.
I just recently got Alikay Naturals durning their Black Friday sale. The black soap is amazing. Both the deep conditioners are great the green and the brown. The leave in, I spray in my hand also. Haven’t used the curl delight yet but I have it. I did use the aloe berry gel. Everything i tried is great.
Hello M.A.D. CURLS I can't believe I waited so long to try Alikay. Out of all the products I've tried there's non that has gotten my hair so moisturized. I've been searching and searching for a product that would moisturize a d soften my hair and couldn't find anything out of all of the products I've used. Last week I decided to review your videos and the first one I came across was the one for Alikay. When m.a.d curls first put out the content for Alikay I thought that it wouldn't work on my hair because of the different textures of 3c, 4a & 4b. Oh how wrong I was. My hair is so moisturized and sooo soft OMG. I am happy that I chose to review the video again and try these products. I just purchased a few more from their website that isn't in stores here. Thanks for doing the Alikay line. I've heard so much about the lemongrass leave-in. You ladies hooked me up with Jane Carter, and As I Am. The Shea Moisture Manuka Honey and Mafura deep conditioner makes my hair feel like silk. LoriAnne, your hair looks so good. It's growing out into the perfect curly afro and the color is fabulous! TaylorAnne's hair would be my dream wig.
I'm loving that Brulee--it gives such a good, soft, flexible wash and go in the winter. The reason why Alikay products have that disclaimer about not consuming the products is because a few years ago Alikay had legal issues with a betonite clay product they sold. In general, betonite clay can be taken internally, but it has some trace lead in it (usually harmless) and a consumer ate the product and then had some lawsuit against Alikay.
Your videos are so detailed. You convinced me to start using Alikay regularly again. My favorites are the lemongrass leave in, glazed argan oil and the black soap. I cut the soap in 4 pieces and it lasts longer.

I love Alikay Naturals😍 i do twist outs and I use the lemongrass leave-in, Shea moisturizer yogurt and the creme brûlée styler. My hair stays moisturized for DAYS with this combo.
I found the reason why the alikay products have the “do not eat” label. It is explained in the themaneobjective.com blog. It has to do with an issue they had with the product Bentonite Me Baby (it said something about eliminating toxins from the body, I saw the label 😬, it really mentioned that it could be used for the body. I assumed that after that issue they made sure their products are only considered as cosmetics

I've used the clarifying shampoo and love it. I've used the leave in, Knots Be Gone detangler, Wake Me Uprefresher spray, Aloe Berry gel, Shea Yogurt, Creme Brulee and Gloss oil. I purchased the Essential oil, but haven't used it yet.
OMG, I just went on their website and they have so many products and I love the travel sizes, that is really a good way to get introduced to the line. I am going to wait a while until you guys get thru the whole line before choosing.

I love alikay! Been using them since 2014. That black soap shampoo is hands down the best shampoo I’ve ever used and I’ve tried many since then I continue to repurchase it, and I like the coconut conditioner. I LOVE the lemongrass spray leave in, it’s a holy grail product for me. I have been wondering do you like it more than the midnight train by uncle funkys daughter? And I love the Shea yogurt for twist and things and omg it’s the best Shea butter mix out there. Their blended therapy oil is good too for hot oil treatments. I got the 16 oz collection one year and tried everything lol

Bomb. I love this combo too. The gel is bomb too! I mentioned it before- try upnorth Naturals 8 oil jelly, similar consistency of the Creme brûlée, their rose curl ease is super bomb too, and they sell salon size once at the start of the year. Alikay wins for me because of the large size availability all year round and accessibility. Wash n go lasts for a long time too
Ok, just saw the full video, everybody in the comments are saying this is the best wash n go you guys have done and I have to agree. TaylorAnne’s hair has the most beautiful definition yet a lot of elongation and LoriAnne’s curls are looking so yummy and her cut looks really good, I don’t know if she cut it again but it really made her hair shape really cute. Really have to buy these.❤️

I love the honey deep conditioner. I used the dulce curl.lotion and the creme brulee for a twistout and my hair was dry. I retwisted with the lemongrass and that made a world of difference. I can't wait to try the hair parfait and the aloe berry gel

I wish i knew what I know now back when I was a teen about natural curly hair 😔. I'm looking as t your hair Tay, and it reminds me so much of what mybhaor was like years ago and I feel sad 😞. I have a pic of myself at like 16 and my hair looked like a lions mane(if I said that correctly). The younger generation are so lucky to have all this knowledge at their finger tips.

LOOOOVVVEEE the results! I tried the lemongrass leave and crème brulee years ago and it was just ok. Then again I was transitioning so my texture was different then now. I might it try again after seeing this video. Looking forward to your Alikay series! I love their essential 17 hair growth oil. I massage it very sparingly everyday in my roots and on ends. I feel like it has aided in my hair growth. I also love the blended therapy hot oil treatment. Hope you guys are able to get a discount code because I will definitely do some shopping. OMG I just went ahead and bought this leave-in while in Target tonight, they old had the 16 oz, and I was little reluctant. I was mind blown when I got home and tried this in my hair. I will be going to find the Creme Brulee. I am so impressed.
Update: I bought the Creme Brulee and hated it. It made my daughter's 3c hair so frizzy!
As long as the scent is fresh or fruity I can deal with it. Hog head cheese, YUCK! No you did not have to say anything......amazing results.
