Dogs equate smell to time, people, spaces, etc. She may be telling you it smells like bed time or something about the smell when you are in bed. Dogs tell time through smell so who knows what else she is talking about or noticing when she says sniffy.

Maybe she can smell that she's sleepy so she said let's go nap? Dogs can be trained to smell chemical/biological changes in people's bodies so if you got sleepy they could possibly smell the melatonin increase in our bodies

Nr.2…lots of scritches and cuddles🥰(when you’re sure there is no spider)😂 It is crazy how good their smell and hearing are,Pharaby did actually smell a spider once,which is pretty wild! My cat can hear tiny black sand-ants🐜(or maybe he smells them)but sometimes he stops in the middle of whatever we’re doing and runs over to show me that he has discovered a tiny intruder😂(which will of course be rewarded with lots of cuddles and treats.If he can show me where the ant(s) comes in he gets more treats and cuddles😻)he is so proud of himself when he has showed me something important like that🥰I think it’s so precious how happy they get by these things and it makes me happy to see how happy he is,Im so lucky to have my cat❤️🐈⬛❤️

I hurts my back just seeing how she lays. It's so funny how we let our animals have to choice where they sleep and we don't want to disturb them and just suffer with what area we have that they left us. And we won't have it any other way! Lol
@@serenaparchman9936 We call it dog rules. When a dog is in someone's lap, that person doesn't have to get up to do anything. Someone else will get them a drink or start a load of laundry, just whatever the dog holder needs. It's all in the name of not disturbing the dog. Of course it's more complicated when everyone has a dog in their lap 😂

She’s pretty accurate with her presses now. We’ve been doing this for over four years. And if she presses something she doesn’t mean to she usually looks to me to say I know it was a mistake and if I don’t she starts barking at me 🤣 she still makes some mistakes of course but it’s much less frequent than it used to be years ago.
I’m allowed to have a corner & a tiny bit of sheet usually 🤣 But seriously, when I get in bed I make her get on one side so I can get comfortable and then she can lay wherever. We have a king size bed so there’s plenty of room for her to lay on more than 1/2 but just not straight in the middle 🤣

Switching the board around would be extremely cruel. It would be like taking the keys off your keyboard but leaving the labels the same and expecting me to figure it out. She only memorizes this by placement, not by the pictures on top, those are for me 🤣

@JenFarrer She's a 5 month old Cane Corso/Bull Mastiff. She's like a toddler that puts everything in her mouth. We're working on mastering 'potty' 'outside' before adding any more buttons. We've just started a week ago. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
Ask him questions that you know the answer is yes to and then you press yes & say yes. Make sure he sees you press it. He doesn’t have to be up close, even across the room is ok as long as he has good eyesight & can see what you are doing, that is fine. You might have to do this often while he’s learning.

So modeling never ends, you’re going to be modeling forever so if you’re saying she passed training meaning that you stopped modeling buttons,that might be the issue. Sorry if I misunderstood that 🤣 & if you’re getting frustrated with her about it, don’t use the buttons around that time because that might be putting her off too. It should just be fun and exciting and if it’s not she’s going to be able to tell and she might think it’s because of the buttons, not because of her not using them. it’s supposed to be fun and enriching for both of you.

Once she got the leash on it went from omg she’s dying! To me asking god is her purpose of being alive was to raise my blood pressure. I’ve taken her to trainers and her same one she’s had throughout she comes to the house and she’s seen Chloie look you in the eyes and do the most crazy things. I told her to stay away from my coffee on the table. She never bothers my cups but she looked at me and nose YEETED my cup. Sometimes she may press a button thinking it's one thing when its another. Mistakes are normal, I bet I'd make more mistakes on thos buttons and her.
