I'ev watched tons of Cafe Cruiser reviews and this is by far the best. Very knowledgeable on tuning via advanced menus, battery life (which isn't the best)... one comment is you can peak up at 1140+ watts. The reason the reviewers are seeing high 800 watts peak is because the bike is shipped where default PAS5=75 or 80% setting of max power. You need to go into the advanced menu and set PAS5=100% for full power. Each PAS level can be tuned easily. I get 1140+ watts peak all the time on our cafe cruiser when pedaling. If you use throttle only, the electronics limits max power = 870 watts or so. The bafang motor is only 60 NM or torque so not powerful getting off the line or climbing hills, but still, at $1200 on Black Friday, its a great deal

For the price - you get a fully cruiser designed frame with FAT TIRES. Fat tires help give you added stability when riding at higher Ebike speeds which is critical for safety. My only issue with the Cafe Cruiser is the possible difficult assembly. I know some bikes comes fully assembled or just need peddle and handelbar assembly which is selling feature I wud pay more for. btw - is there a assembly video from a 3rd party non-professional? I've looked an numerous Ebikes and Cafe Cruiser is at the top of my list.
How is the battery security on the bike? I could not tell if the battery was removable. If it is removable, does it have a decently hard lock to defeat?
Not in the market for bikes or car chargers. But I do still appreciate these videos ... keeping up on what's out there is good.

Assembly was super easy and I have never assembled any bike before.

Battery is removable, need a key. Pretty standard security, cannot remove w/o key.
