Dan is the man that brings the real access to Seattle Seahawks football. This man knows what the Seahawks thinks and he brings it 💯 to the doubters mostly !!!!
My guess is John won’t let him be the head Codie more than 10 if he is still the GM after his remarks he made about Pete and how a head coach shouldn’t be in the same place for more than 10 years
It's becoming more evident that Pete didn't interfere in the draft. This has me wondering why does John Schnieder still have a job? He had a 7-8 year stretch where he didn't draft one Pro-Bowler( who cares), more importantly, he didn't draft ONE All-Pro. His track record for trading out of the first round is abysmal, he actually has a better track record of All-Pro player being selected a few picked after the trash he drafts. I was all for keeping John a couple months ago, I think he has a good eye for QBs. Maybe not, as I remember him overpaying for Flynn and trading for Whitehurst.
It’s a good point, and I just think that John’s last few drafts saved his job. Why all the blame fell on Pete will remain a mystery until Pete writes his memoirs.
I have zero faith in Schneider. Taking Derek Hall in the second round was criminal incompetence. A 12 year old could have done better. Jake Bobo was an incredible udfa signing but pretty sure that was push from a scout and not a Schneider thing. If he doesn't come up with at least 3 immediate, very good starters this draft then it's time for him to go.
drafting is difficult and Derrick Hall seems to be a bust but I liked all the other picks. But I think the best thing JS has done is assemble the new coaching staff, stellar job imo.
@@travellerandwriter I really like Mike McDonald and Ryan Grubb too. I'm excited to see what happens. The only reason I wrote that comment is because there are rumors of him trading back in the first round again. Schnieder has traded back almost every year: 2012: Bruce Irvin over Fletcher Cox; 2013: Percy Harvin; 2014: trade back Paul Richardson Jimmy Graham, 16-Germain Ifedi (this year was especially egregious, with countless All-Pros right after), Penny, Collier, and McDoweell over Watt. It's pretty much every year. When he passed on TJ Watt, I was done with him. Schnieder has no idea how to evaluate in middle of the first round.
Thank you for helping us fans through the changes. Moyer is a class act!
Couldn't agree more. Loved this interview.
Great job. asked all the questions that interest me. Love it.
Ads without episodes lol you handled that well 😂

Great interview, thanks Dan
I'm excited too even though I'm older than our head coach, crazy. I really hope he works out and is around for the next 20 yrs

@@Perfumery_by_Sabin oh okay well then the whole 10 yrs and then who knows he might have 3 more SBs trophies by then
Loved chuck Knox, glad to see his influence still lives
This was fun to watch, but I'm really wanting ads without episodes. 😉
Ha! An all-ad channel might be my million dollar idea
What a cool interview
Very good interview!
Thank you!
Ads without episodes! We're not quite there yet, but it sure feels like we're heading that way. 😂
Great off season content
Need a Lawrence Taylor type LB(Chop Robinson?) and a Jer'Zahn Newton DT. What about that rookie LB we picked up from waivers from Raiders last year?
give me some more of those ads without episodes 😅

John wasn't here for whitehurst. They didn't actually over pay Flynn either. Wondering how you came to the conclusion you have have.
