Anything with Roy Brooks on it 🔥. Kenny B rarely disappoints. Lloyd Miller is a phenomenon. His story is incredibly inspiring. I love his album Oriental Jazz and especially his album with the Heliocentrics! It’s a beautiful record! Mal and crew joining more than 190 album titles with the words “Live at the Village Vanguard” including the landmark recordings of Sonny Rollins, John Coltrane and Bill Evans. That’s a LATVV date to add to your collection. Lots of nice grabs. Steve
Hey Kieren, 1stly speaking of local craft beers, it looks like we both have the same supplier 😉Kenny Burell's records have been on my jazz wantlist for years. Let me know next time you are around
l don't know how l missed this and am just now noticing the pablo vid... wholly wow l just listened to that fred anderson last nite.. those moers records are still relatively cheap... lots of pure fire here, l never understood that philly joe and elvin record. do they both play on the same tracks? good to see you, enjoy parenthood.....
Great to see this update Kieran. Was just spinning that Lloyd Miller as well. Do not know that Oracy, sounds like I will need to check it out. Really love that Hamza al Din as well, been on a pretty big oud kick lately.
the Felix carabello lp is pure fire and very hard to get cheap-any chance of doing an all latin/salsa thread with your top picks from the golden age of salsa?? much respect

@@eapeay thanks Erik!
You picked up some killer stuff Kieran! How much was the Ernie Hines record? Most people know this record because of the Pete Rock sample.
@@amazinphotography1892 I don’t remember as my cousin scooped it for me from Peoples Records a while back. 60-80 range I think
@@NEEDLEGROOVEVINYL Well the prices on Discogs range from 100-200 euros. I think i'll just scoop up the reissue. Thanks!
