      Not to flex or anything but I got the 240 gyuto and 240 cleaver from him. If I could only use one knife the rest of my life is go takeda cleaver

    nice knife, I always look for used equipment, but unfortunately haven't found any. I think it needs a sharpening

      I bought it so long ago that l can't even remember where l ordered it, but you can do a google search for rubberwood cutting boards and get plenty of hits.

      Offhand, l believe it is about 24x36 inches.

      My skills aren't the best, but l wield it with more love and care than its previous owner, who was a pro chef. 🙂
