The Art of Landscape Painting

You understand the basics of painting, but are struggling to progress with your landscape painting. You might have become confused by taking too much tuition perhaps, or seem unable to understand or define your style. This video aims to help those that are hoping to progress and succeed with their landscape paintings. In the video I identify three signposts that will guide you on the path to success as a landscape painter and for ease of reference they are listed here:
1) Don't paint subjects that don't inspire you
2) Understand your style and allow it to develop naturally
3) Remove the obstacles that prevent you from painting outdoors
With regard to the second point on the issue of style, I identify three factors that should define your style as a landscape painter:
1) How YOU look at the landscape
2) How YOU feel about the landscape
3) The techniques YOU prefer using to communicate these
