A non-intentional launch is not a misfire, but a negligent discharge. It sure looks like it fired correctly, and if it gets out of the barrel (or tube here) on time it's not really a misfire. What it does outside the tube really isn't indicative of either, but probably an issue with the missiles propellant or guidance. Probably "misfire" is referring to that, even though it isn't actually a misfire. This has been pedantic technicalities, hopefully that sort of answers your question.
