Dozens more Democratic lawmakers could call for Biden to drop out in coming days

- Dozens of congressional Democrats could join several of their colleagues who have already publicly called for President Biden to end his reelection bid in the coming days. Those calls would come in spite of a press conference Biden held Thursday hoping to change perceptions about his age and health. It’s not about Biden turning this around. It’s that Biden does not have control over his cognitive decline and there's no turning around ffrom that. You can watch the debate repeatedly, and it’s clear that it wasn’t just a bad night.
Trump called Biden -Obama seven times, he called Haley -Pelosi four times. Joe has made gaffs for many years. Then he went on to do a brilliant press conference. Biden's response to questions about foreign policy were really impressive. He seems to have a great command of the issues in that area and can clearly remember all the intricate details of all the problems , negotiations and goals .He makes gaffs he always has but clearly his intellect is very strong. This is not a man in mental decline. Trump would not have a clue how to deal with these questions. That's why he talks the most bizzar nonsense I've ever heard at his public appearances

Being a nurse who works with geriatric patients, it’s clear to me that Biden is making bad decisions and isn’t cognitively fit to run the country.
Biden has a back up president, VP HARRIS. We all know he’s old. He doesn’t have dementia. My mom has dementia and she is much different than Biden. He just acts like your typical old man.

@@cameronhenke593the Democratic Party aligns more with my core values but after 2016, 2020, and 2024 elections I have to question how much the party can actually be trusted. Every day that passes only makes the Republican Party seem correct about the Democratic Party and if I’m feeling this way now, there has to be millions more like me feeling the same. I’m not even sure the Democratic Party will exist come the 2026 midterms anymore.

@@Mjfa9923 i didn’t pay to much attention to the primaries back then but for the last 3 presidential elections choice was taken from the primary voters. A new rule needs to be established that no one that runs in the primaries for presidency can be eligible to be appointed to or work for anything dealing with the incoming administration.
How many Democratic primaries would Biden have won had he actually taken part in the primary debates last fall? He wants to talk 14 million voted for him in the primaries yet he never let anyone see him compared to his primary challengers.

Then there was the time he signed an executive order putting in place an eviction moratorium even though he knew it was illegal and the only reason he signed it was because he knew that going through the court process would by time. He's buying votes with student loan forgiveness in spite of the Supreme Court ruling against him. I could go on.

They'll say it was a calculated risk. If Biden stays in it is a calculated risk; he could lose. Most people strongly believe, even if he's reelected, Biden won't make it as President another four and a half years.
