Mam this plasmids and F factor both same? What will be the result of Hfr *F - & F ' * F - if complete conjugation do not takes place? After conjugation will recombination between recipient bacterial genome and the transferred geome occur?I didn't get that concept of merodiploid condition also. Kindly reply mam🙏

So, actually nw a days work places r really empty n my lab🤦don't ask it's in midle of forest. It might b stupidity for others but its working fr me. By writing dt tm after completion of topic it keeps me motivated towards study. Avantika mam is grt mentor lk Dronacharya and I feel like Eklavya. Never seen never talk. Bt learn alot.
