- Jeff Buckley gives a tour of the Deluxe Owners Suite on Norwegian Encore . Suite 18100 . This is one of the nicest suites in the Haven . The cabin is in the top left front corner of the Haven Complex. It actually has a second bedroom with bathroom. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed . This suite also has one of the largest balconies that wrap around the front of the ship. 2 1/2 bathrooms. The butler service is amazing with in room dining. The master bedroom has electric curtains to open for an amazing morning view. The master bathroom also has windows to amaze .

Yes, beyond amazing. The Butler took care of all requests. The Haven area was literally right out our door. An unbelievable room for a once in a lifetime experience.
Thank you for sharing, I don't think I'll ever get a chance/afford to stay in that suite😂.
Traveling next week to this room! Hoping to put a baby crib in the master closet, was there a door from the closet going into the bathroom? My in laws will be in the main bed… really wanting baby to have a separate space because he is easily distracted 😂
The door is between the bedroom and bathroom. The master closet doesn’t have a door opens to bathroom but it curves around. The second bedroom has a door to its own bathroom. Hall closet is to small
Great video! How did you find the wind on the balcony when the ship was sailing? Were you able to enjoy the balcony when your were cruising? Were you able to have a meal on the balcony when the ship was on the open seas? TIA!
The clear panels pretty much block the wind if you are sitting down. We had a lot of wind from the weather a couple days. I did move the lounge chairs from one end to the other depending on the wind . Coming back towards Miami I moved them to get a breeze . We didn’t try to eat on the balcony while moving due to wind. We did sit out there with snacks and drinks at the table . The Stewart brings the cushions in at night because of the wind and if it rains. The side balcony also has wind panels or doors but they are smaller balconies. Mostly we would just lay out there in private and nap.

Were all the shows running?
Yes, we saw Choir of Man , Kinky Boots and the Beatles. They had a show every night in the theater.

Some Cruise pkgs come with prepaid tips . Depending on your level of requests, Breakfast, lunch , Dinner in your room , you thank them with cash . Just as you would tip for great service in a restaurant.

Thanks for posting. I have this exact room booked for our family this February. We are a group of 20ppl all staying in The Haven. Is it realistic to attempt a cocktail party in that room for 20? Hard to judge if the living room /balcony could handle that many. Any tips on this setup would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
Yes, if you used the balcony. February was when we traveled. Sometimes the wind is a bit much for standing?? Ask the Butler to move the chairs and table. You could always spill over into the library area right around the corner (literally) from the room. That ways it’s all inside. Also some many just enjoy sitting down the stairs in the front have area . Not usually just a few folks there.
The Butler can arrange everything.
The balcony is about 1/3 of the front of ship.
When did NCL contact you for the extra benefits for the DOS ?
We booked 2 weeks out due to a cancellation of Hawaii trip. We called in.
Did you pull the murphy bed down? what size was it?
Yes, check the video on the Murphy Bed . Maybe a queen. It was nice size .
Hello - are there two separate beds in this second bedroom? when the Murphy Bed was down, where did the couch go and could someone sleep on the couch? We have been in the Family Villa and there is a couch that becomes a bed and then the pullman comes down as another bed (with a ladder). @@myfathersshop
