Yes, not visiting The Old Windmill, The Golden Cross and The Green Dragon were serious errors. In addition, the place to pub crawl in Coventry is Earlsdon and Craven St.

The Campbell, Spire Bar, Hop's D'Amour, Town Wall Tavern and Gatehouse Tavern are all solid choices. Golden Cross, The Windmill and Twisted Barrel are also great establishments. Craven St is great for an Irish pub crawl.

You need to go to the old windmill 😍

  • @Thevoice4405

You need to do the Branston, Heighington, and Washibgborough pubs you won’t find better ones in Lincoln. Nice atmospheres in each great food and good pints.

  • @holydiver73

The phoenix, is still known by many Coventrians as The Campbell and it hasn’t been a rock pub for the last 25 years. It used to be a great place, not much any more.

I would probably recognse city centre pubs by there old names more. However some still popular today as they were back then. The Oak, The Shakespeare (Is it still called this?), The Artisan (Edens). Like anywhere you go, it depends what you are looking for. Craven Street has always been the pub crawl road, since back in the day. Always used to be the craic down there. The Four Provinces (4 P's) and Craven Street Club are still great. Thank you for visiting and leaving good feedback!

  • @fookbay

used to be places that live music most nights of the week. none left now. over the last twenty years coventry has been amended to make the council and police`s lives easier. suprised you didnt get your phone nicked in the Larkin

  • @Chrisbike1102

How the hell did you not visit the Windmill

  • @jameshollyoak8230

You’ve made the front page in the Coventry evening telegraph online ; you should get lots more views now ; and maybe a new statue of you both in the city centre lol

  • @y0Jonah

Great video! Cov is great compared to what it was a few years ago. Craven Street and Earlsdon High Street are a must visit next time.

  • @nathanwade9894

Thanks for sticking up for us in Cov bro! I think the only fair criticism for us which you mentioned was "it's a shame it's quiet". Even when the students are here its not as busy as other cities of the same size!

  • @jameshollyoak8230

You brought a lump to my throat when you said Coventry was good ; it gets knocked so many times but it’s beautiful with nice people but sadly lots of idiots spoil it’s reputation

  • @infiniteawaken1

Thanks for visiting our City! 10 years ago Cov was pretty bad imo , but its better now! Dont forget to visit our famous mega chippy 😂 . And watch the mighty Sky Blues play 👍

  • @JT71087

Crikey, didn't know the Oak Inn had got it's license back. The Hops is awesome, the Gate House is pretty awesome too! Great video!

  • @geoffveasey1016

Missed out two of the best Craft Beer venues in the City. Both within easy walking distance of the centre. Twisted Barrel Brewery Tap and Triumph Brewhouse (Which is a five minute walk from the Earl Of Mercia/ Spire Bar). Both are a Tickers' paradise.

  • @kerraig666

Newcastle-under-Lyme Skidders. In particular Bridge Street Ale House, Crossways and Boat & Horses...loads of pubs

  • @robertwalters5654
