It looks nice but I'm kind of leery of anything digital as it seems the digital controls are always the first thing to go wrong with any digital appliance I've ever had so usually if I can find a manual equivalent I'll go for that instead. Not to mention, if I need a part for a manual machine I can usually replace it myself whereas if I need a new panel or circuit board I'm pretty well lost.
Interesting: Another left handed tilt head mixer. (The Instant tilt head mixer was also left handed, with the stand support on the user’s right.) Is this the newest trend? Or maybe the designer intended this mixer to be used with the end facing the user, since the digital display is oriented in the end-on direction, which seems a bit awkward to me.
Great review! Prob the best at creaming that I’ve seen yet. Your pizza looks amazing! I’ll pop some Apple Cider Vinegar in my dough if I want to eat it right away… that and a dash of garlic powder helps hurry the flavor.
Is the expensive mixer Amy is referring to the new Digital Smart GE Bowl Lift which is currently exclusive to Crate & Barrel? GE has a new tilt-head model too! They are claiming to have more touch-points than a KitchenAid.
I'm curious as I watched you make butter with a food processor the other day. If you use the whip to make whipped cream could you then switch to a paddle and eventually get butter?
The cracking noise while kneeding was a bit alarming for me. It makes it sound cheap and likely to fall apart after some time. It's a no for me because I'd be scared to break it with some bread dough.

The cracking noise while kneading would make me a little nervous. Sounds like something might break.
Thank you so much for sharing with Hauswirt!

The Creaking when mixing the Pizza dough reminds me of the Kenwood. was the speed high enough during the Knead? it seemed to be kind of slow.
Faster kneading rips the dough. Possibly wrong hook design. Slower speed works better.
I’m trying to decide between getting the Hamilton Beach professional, all medals, mixer, and this one.

Looks pretty good. Bread dough might have been too wet

Haven't tried that.
This reminds me of the new 5 Quart Hamilton Beach Professional Stand mixer and the Kitchenin 5.3 stand mixer. Very similar look and design.
Sure has some Kenwood Chef mixer similarities
Yes, I was thinking about it....
Thank you for awesome videos
Would you consider selling one of your Hobart N50 mixers
GOOD REVIEW AMY
Like mixer overall. Did have S hook which l thought was supposed to be good. Giving consideration.
The noise on the kneading 😮
It souded like something was about to snap. That's never a good sign. That's a no for me.
Amy, maybe in the future stand mixer comes with remote control, :D or Connected to smartphone..
