@@strudel_reviews ... yes! They rescheduled me for a later date.
@@bridgieoh9326 oh good I was about to say if they made you miss your wedding and honeymoon I would have said sue them
I’ve heard of some people who would’ve left the 5 year old to look after the babies, which is criminal ironic! this mother had no choice but to bring the little ones in but I’m surprised she didn’t try to get out of jury duty since she has to take care of the kids
You can come straight out of the hospital with severe injury and you still have to show up to jury duty and give the clerk the doctors excuse so you can go back home.
They won't freaking leave you alone...I don't blame her...I put in a good cause of whatever it's called for the same reason..No baby sitter...you know they sent me another one...I have yet to respond to...looks like I may take my kids with me as well 😅
Bless you momma!
No doubt mama has a job right there😂😂😂
What a blessing
So adorable❤
What? Oh my goodness that poor mom, what time high, high, they should’ve let her go right then and there. Goodness gracious. Beautiful kids. 💞
This crazy a leasson she a good mom ant like some mom"s leave them in the car or home alone Im glad the judge see she got her hands full Good for u mom im proud of u😊😊
the soda machine got me XD
Man she brave af my anxiety would never
I can't believe they didn't just send you home right away.
I might have to borrow her kids. I got summoned for September 6th. I need to get out of it 😂😂.
be sure you find a way if that's how you feel about your society obligations. That's what helps your country going in the correct direction, that only a certain demographic actually see responsibilities like this as an obligation & actually attend instead of trying to get out of it. Much the same as voting, some see it as something to get out of, others see it as their civic responsibility to always participate in
@@mehere8038it's so frustrating that the courts turn away people who actually want to serve jury duty when most people don't want to. Heck, if nothing else offer up a sign up for non-offending or substance dependent homeless people so they can earn a bit of income to be able to get a temporary residency and back to work.
So neat she brought them all with her. She at least confind them In a wagon so they weren't all running around.
All the kids should get their first jury duty summons excused as they have already served.
Love it!👍👍👍
u can tell she did it all for attention vecaus shes literally recording the entire thing and doing interviews
I recently got summoned and they gave me two months advance notice. So I think that'd be plenty of time to find a babysitter imo. Or maybe she brought them with her to get out of jury duty?
Exactly ...
I did this with my daughter back in 2002… I took her with me because I had no one to watch her and I was released right away!!
I remember having jury duty once. Before going into the court room for possible jury selection or dismissal, they told us that we'd being given $20 (or something along that amount) per day and if we wanted waive it, we could tell them that at that time. I remember thinking to myself, that I'm spending , God only knows, how many hours and days here and burning my gas to get here, I wish I would refute five cents if they were going give it to me!! The nerve of them to ask such a thing!!!
I hope and pray I have triplets someday. 🙏🙏🙏
She definitely a super hero ❤ go mamma power ❤
You darn right because if you’ll get this out here doing the stuff, you better accommodate us. And make the pay better than $90.
Surprised the judge didn’t find the triplets in contempt for making too much noise in court. Seems like something those scumbags would consider.
Awesome!!!!!
😮😮 😩 Love good mothers
Yeah that sounds like Utah. The fact they let the mom bring all the kids. It's kid friendly in the state.
I knew it had to be Utah...
God Bless her
I took my kids before too because they threatened to come and get me so, I said lets gooooo, we on the way.
💚 the best!
I’ve been summoned 5 times and all 5 I’ve gotten out of lol
Moms do what they must do to get things done.
Honestly good for her, raise hell at the courthouse with her kids until she's dismissed and won't be called in for the next few years.
I was panicked a little for her. I thought she was serving on a jury and couldn't find a sitter. Glad it was only selection.
So adorable 🥰
They kept that poor woman and those babies there for 2.5 hours?!? That judge should be “sentenced” to babysit those kids and learn to be a little kinder next time!!!
nice family
😊❤️🙏 so cute
Typical Utah mom. Recording her children then calling a news source to try and get them air time. Would be nice if these “great moms” would protect their children and their online footprint.
No common sense anymore, poor girl, yet she smiles. Carry on caring for your little ones, dear mother. You deserve a medal for your work, but you won't get one. It is a thankless job, but when women do ot well, it improves the world we all have to live in, so that is the thanks and reward. Sadly, we r at a time in human history, good parenting is lacking.
My parents were excused every single time they got summoned. Even when we were teens. She for sure would've been excused if she reported it before time
You can also send a form stating you have kids to take care of / dependent.
Only in 17 states
@@void405 dam that’s seriously stupid. Wasting people’s time. 😢
Guilty for being adorable ❤
Sometimes because of clerical issues, babies can get summoned to jury duty and because, well, they’re babies they don’t show up so then the babies get fined or arrested lol
Immediate dismissal 😂
They should have let her go.
She should have sent the notice the court in time.
@@shakemiz Lmao, the court never responds or receives anything on time.
This lady should’ve have just checked off the necessary box on the mailer to be excused 🙄
I’m going to borrow someone’s triplets and try that if I get called. 😉
That should be automatic dismissal of jury duty having 5 kids.
The sad thing is as I told one commenter only 17 states have laws out right stating that parents can get an exemption for lack of child care needs. For the other states its up to the discretion of the judge to give said exemptions. So even if this was a stunt by the mother it was a necessarry one.
I do agree the court should provide free childcare for jurors
@@mehere8038the issue is if the free child care is of any quality, especially for newborns. We've seen a recent video of a hospital worker slam a baby in the crib in the NICU. This feels like a lawsuit, after a lawsuit waiting to happen.
If i was the judge id immediately tell her your free to go obviously you have other obligations
