i love high rainbow sets- the walk transitioning into quick approach to a glorious jump with a magnificient air-hang and violent finish within the 3meter line. PERFECT!!
As for me, it's completely opposite. If the ball is low, I get confused with how I'll approach tho I know how. I prefer high ones coz it gives me time to think and I can take time with approaching.
that means Ur going in too early U should take Ur first step (very small/only used for timing) after setter has touched the ball. essentially U should be late to the ball but U explode/speed up Ur tempo so Ur on time.
Yea bro same things happens too me. I approach tooo early and get under the ball. And when i try to spike the ball just straight above my head, my arm aches.
This was a freakin game changer. Tried it for the first time today and I was able to attack properly and my timing was suddenly much better, not to early, not to late. Amazing ❤
Just walk is the most genius thing I've used to help improve my timing. Usually I'm shuffling my feet like a madman and lose my balance and timing and everything.
Really you shouldn’t walk in the beginning, the faster you approach the higher you jump. While you will see better results for now as you get better you will want to have a fast approach.
Hey please help me what should be my ideal stance before taking my approach as i am a right handed hitter Should i keep my right leg in front a bit before starting my approach as my first step would be left leg or what should i do?😢

PERFECT!!
i always approach way too fast and when i slow down my entire approach breaks down - i hate high slow rainbow sets cuz gauging timing is the worst

oh nice, I forgot i can just walk for starting. I always run on same speed and slows down because I'm too early. very helpful
Ideally as you improve you don’t want to walk, the more momentum and speed you get the higher you jump and the better hitter you are.
Awesome bro. After playing for long time , now I know this

yeah same, my timing is always awful i’ll try this today in practice
Holy smokes i can’t believe that all i have to do was walk in the beginning thank you very much
