Yeah it's real. This place is near my hometown, Danyang in Chungbuk. There are lots of cement factories, it's one of them. Their movies are almost real except some scenes.

Okay, so a crow tit (bapsae in Korean) is a little bird in korea that can't fly. It's a metaphor of being weak and haters use to call them that way. They dedicated a whole song about it : "Silver Spoon" but everyone in the fandom call this song Bapsae (you should definitely check it out).
This time, i'm not recommending you any of their mvs since you saw the most popular one but you should really check out who BTS is. The videos "WHO is bts, the seven members of Bangtan" can be a great beginning.

It's not just them that were called crow tits by haters, their whole generation is called that by the older generations in Korea since they seem to struggle making their way in life (getting good jobs, buying their own houses, etc)... I know I'm late... but he's literally missing the mvs that gave BTS their biggest growth spurt at the time. I Need U, Dope and Fire. And tbh I like the oldies too, it's amazing to compare their growth and how even when they were small, the quality was good and the lyrics were still amazing.
Crow tits can fly, right? They just have small little legs. There's a Korean saying "if a crow tit tries to walk like a stork, it'll tear its legs." It's a reminder for the young, the poor, the downtrodden to "know their place." BTS was often referred to as Baepsaes because the bigger companies and the gp thought they were too big for their britches--that they wanted more than they had a right to because they were from a small company.

Actually this is a real set. Also, the guy at 6:50 is called J-hope. He is one of the rappers, sub-vocalist and a main dancer. You will see in the future that he is always so energetic haha
Also it is easy to discern him from two other rappers, in the beginning when none of us silly foreigners know who was who, as his rapping voice is much more softer and very nasally. As RM and Suga often growl thwir raps very low and especialyl Suga sounding angry.

I'm 90% positive he said 30 minutes and not 13 minutes long though. It's just his accent.
Even with the outdated/incorrect info, I still think that one covers a lot more ground than a lot of others do. But either way, that's what we're all here for though, to just make sure and let him know what's wrong and mention what's been updated and whatnot.

Crow Tit is a small bird. In this case it refers to the younger generations in contrast to their elders, "storks", due to a saying about how if a crow tit tries to walk like a stork it will break its legs. Tldr a phrase for the youth who may be feeling like they can't catch up/match the previous generation

It's real my dude 😂😂 there's a behind the scenes video to this one as well. If I'm not mistaken, the only cgi used was to make ice look shinier. Other than that, locations, block of ice, everything is real. Bts are awesome

"Crow tit" is a term to describe someone who is trying too hard to fit in by becoming something they aren't. It comes from a Korean proverb or something. A crow tit is a short bird, and comparatively, a stork has long legs and can travel easier. BTS has a song called "Bapsae" with this as it's metaphor/theme and there's an excellent explanation video by DKDTV. They use this phrase in their songs every now and then.

All BTS albums come with a *_concept_* . Generally the title track and it's MV encompass that concept.
This concept is chosen by the members, and RM is usually very passionate about this, incorporating stuff that he read or learned into them. For WINGS (Blood Sweat and Tears) he incorporated stuff from the book Demian by Hermann Hesse (very heavy literature incorporating some deep discussions about good and bad), and the Map of The Soul Era (Persona/Boy with Luv) incorporated Jungian philosophy. THAT'S how much thought goes into their content, and it's why I feel like you're missing out on while reacting to these videos. You don't even have to actually read the books they got inspired by, just read about the concept overall of each album and you'll be dandy~
Other than that, *some* BTS mvs follow a storyline (especially Fake Love and Blood Sweat & Tears from the ones you watched so far) which is another fraction of what you're missing on from watching these videos out of chronological order. This storyline started with the MVS for I NEED U and RUN (which you are gonna LOVE as a film production student) and recently they even extended that storyline to outside their music videos, creating written stories and even a webcomic. If you watched those I NEED U/RUN first, you may have picked up a lil bit more in the others!
Of course, the storyline isn't all that important for you to enjoy the music videos, but I feel like a lot of the meanings you're curious about are being touched in the plot. And honestly, there are a lot of ARMY who LIVED for this plotline cause it gives so much depth to their videos and it's a whole other layer to explore!! I really would love it if you reacted to I NEED U and RUN next!! (in that order!!)
(and honestly another MV I literally drooled on from a technical point of view was Save Me cause they recorded it in ONE TAKE)

As many have already told you, the set was real! For your next reaction, Spring Day, you should know beforehand, that it is a tribute to an accident that happened in South Korea, in 2014. A ship sank, and many people died (mostly high schoolers). It is much more complicated than that, as the actions of the government and the captain were highly criticized and even brought to justice. After watching the MV, you should really check the story behind, and the explanation. I'm leaving you the link ( ruclips.net/video/Tye1ONFeKis/видео.html ) as many have done already. Please, don't just look at the visuals. They tell us a tragic story, and it is worth knowing. Maybe you could do the MV and the explanation as a reaction. Just a suggestion :)

Actually the location for Not Today MV is in S.Korea. Their very first MV shot outside Korea was Black Swan, the second one was ON (both the Kinetic Manifesto Film and the Cinematic one) i.e. in California.

During the final chorus, what you’re hearing are stomps, not the beat. They’re there for cinematic effect for the choreography, and drop out as soon as the stomping part of the choreo is done. Gunshot sound effects have been used in BTS music since their debut, and were very heavily present in a lot of their earlier music. Not so much anymore, but there are a few recent songs that use them. Their Korean name means bulletproof boy scouts, so gunshots made sense as a sound effect to be used. Also, whenever the word “bulletproof” is mentioned in a BTS song, it’s 9 times out of 10 a reference to their name.

Crow tit (Baebsae in korean) has the meaning of "underdog' in english. These small birds that live in Korea have small short legs and so they can't walk properly. When you compare that to other birds, they are small and weak.
In the beginning, when BTS weren't popular, haters used to call them that. But BTS just accepted it as their identity and through it gave comfort to people who are also the outcast, just like BTS used to be. And by accepting it, they took away the power from haters, too.
You should definitely check out the song called Baepsae (eng names are either Silver Spoon or Crow Tit), too. In the lyrics of the song, they basically talk about the fight between Baby Boomers and Millenials. Also, don't forget to watch live performance to the song as well! ;)
