I wanted to watch the entire series of Amphibia with my friends, and to make it shorter someone said, "just leave out the unimportant episodes." THERE ARE NO UNIMPORTANT EPISODES AAAAAAAA
The people that say season one is just filler episodes are infuriating
And even then, there's nothing wrong with filler.
The filler episodes were good, they were essentially Anne introducing Things from her world to their’s which was hilarious seeing the way the frogs reacted to human things

Amphibia and Owl house have GREAT filler episodes
It feels like filler but I'm glad I watched them because all the episodes ended up being important in the end
Bruh no way they seriously think that about Amphibia, for me it's on par with GF and TOH, it's the 3 kings of recent animation and storytelling

Honestly the only reason i started watching amphibia… is because i was bored and had no other shows. Do i regret it? NOT AT ALL! Amphibia is one of the greats when it comes to Disney shows. Yeah I’ll laugh more at the jokes from Wonder over yonder but that’s only because i grew up with it
Sad to see that it is mostly toxic Gravity Falls fans and The Owl House Fans. People wonder why I take breaks from watching The Owl House………

Never let them skip part 1
Part 1 is really big to understand as it’s good for part 3, Amphibia is important for season 1 as it shows about Anne’s and sasha’s relationship also other stuff, can’t remember
If I say I like Season 1 (and Season 2A and maybe 3A of the 1st show) Amphibia and Owl House because it wasn't edgy or tramua-tastic (I literally forgot how to spell it) but it just something to escape from the harsh world we lived in, would my opinion get a bunch of hates comment from fans?
Honestly I hate when people get those comments or even have people say I like this character like if the person who made the video didn't ask what show you liked or if you liked amphibia doesn't mean you can just go on a stupid rant about it like not everyone wants your opinion if you don't like the show you don't like it but don't comment your opinion on something YOU DON'T HAVE TO WATCH SO DON'T COMPLAIN WHEN SOMEONE SAYS SOMETHING GOOD ABOUT A SHOW YOU DON'T LIKE!

It's called "buildup" for a reason. Later releases are designed to be the apex of a plot line, not the whole show. The toxic commenters in these examples just don't get it.

Oof... I HATE these kinds of comments. They come off as shallow and ignorant. Do I think the show could've better used it's time on certain plot threads over others? Absolutely. But does that make them inconsequential? No.

Ok, sure amphibia’s season 1 is mostly filler, but honestly in a show _like_ Amphibia, it really fits. They had to have some way to set up the world. Whether it was a good way or not is irrelevant, but there _are_ lore episodes. We learn about the Plantar’s family, we’re left being curious about Sasha, we get hints about what the music box even is, and overall, Anne gets a LOT of character development. By the end of the season, she’s almost completely changed.
What I like about the filler is that it eases us into the world, *kinda like Anne had to do with the Plantars* and when we were ready, threw us into the lore.
Edit: after watching the “there are no filler episodes” video I agree, yeah, there are none. Each episode is important in its own way.
There is nothing INHERENTLY wrong with starting with the first season. Besides. *THERE IS NO FILLER IN THIS SERIES.*
