@@OctogonOxygen024816 I just don't, I prefer to learn about everything, how it works, and then pay someone to do it for me. That way I can't get bamboozled, and I help the economy. Lol
Nice build! One thing though, you put the goo on the sump seal surface at the wrong side of the bolt. The oil will sip through the bolt hole. Always apply the bead on the inside edge, then sweap towards the outside edge.
Great video, nice to jogg the memory I'm a few years off the tools and was great to see the build process, engine looks great and sounds amazing best if luck in Russia
Amazing, such experience for free, one of those videos aka "from 0 to Hero" (Mastering your internal combustion engine skills) hehe... Thank you lads for your time, really educational 2JZ video!
Awesome video fella, can’t beat a 2JZ 🙌 can’t wait to have my Supra out and finished soon too! Share a lot of parts with you on my build, we’re shooting for way north of 1000bhp 🤩👍
Hey james, your brothers 2jz engines always sound so amazing i would love to know what exhuast manifold that is? Is it also hypertune? Cheers! Cant beat that stainless sound
What assembly lube do you use. I used a thicker grease style. Called sta lube. It’s black with molly. My crank spin free and smooth but if I spin and let go it doesn’t spin on its own with jsut crank installed and torqued.
james i have question did you fabricate any of the coolant holes u just swap the pump and the oem neck for the the main inlet and outlet neck and closed every other hole ? or there is another things to do like drilling or welding? because i dont know how the water movement is inside the 2jz
James, good luck in RDS, старик

I know more about rebuilding 2jz's, rb's and ls's than I do the engine I have In my actual car because of videos like this 😂😂😂
Lol. I know the feeling. Yet I still don't have the time or patience to rebuild my 2JZ-GE GS300 Lexus
@@MRMAN-wb1tv why not?

Nice build! One thing though, you put the goo on the sump seal surface at the wrong side of the bolt. The oil will sip through the bolt hole. Always apply the bead on the inside edge, then sweap towards the outside edge.
Комментарий на русском чтобы все думали что там что-то умное
Нет, надо написать про 2jz, то тогда точно подумают , что тут есть про мотор пару умных слов

Why arnt you running a dry sump on this engine?? Is it because of weight disruption??

Dislikes are definitely courtesy of Ryan Litteral and co. Lol
Who bored out the engine for you? was it in ireland?
