Do it ASAP... I had the plastic tensioners break and was very lucky to turn the car off and had no internal damage... the timing chain and tensioners should be upgraded and replaced together.

What is the situation with the chain-tensioner? Is it absolutely necessary to replace it for a steel one, or there's no reason?
We will not sell a 4 or 3.2 litre V8 without upgrading them. They can break at any time and you could loose an engine.
