I wish every bug site I visited were with you teaching. I just wanted to share that with you as I am in Oklahoma and have no idea why this showed up in my recommendations. Glad it did. Its crazy that there isnt more awareness being created about these insects i see posts on forums of people asking what they are. there should be t.v./radio public service announcements hell you can even send notifications to peoples phones. Informing them on what they are. Its already too late for most areas and unfortunately likely too late for the eastern states that are perfect enviornments for them. Make it as a big of a deal as it needs to be in order to curb the population.
I tried shooting them with my Bug-a-Salt but they are tough little Buggers so I made a Nontoxic mixture of Dawn dish soap & Borax with water and spray them which works effectively even yellow jackets, Wasps and carpenter bees.

Oh nooo. I seen them infesting in Pennsylvania when we were at Hershey. They were all over!!!!
