This is going to be a HUGE help for me! My disabilities affect my hands, making chopping enough vegetables for a meal impossible. This looks like it could enable me to do that 🙂 Things like this are a massive deal for disabled people, cuz for someone like me, they mean the difference between being able to eat healthy meals & having to subsist on instant foods. Especially since my various food sensitivities mean there aren't any proper microwave meals I can eat.
