job well done , I've got a 69 GS so I'm partial to that body style , It'll becoming up for sale soon as we have moved , It's in storage now , if you're interested .
Good stuff. Love Buicks, first car was a '69 LeSabre 400 with the high output 350 4 barrel when I was 15. That was 18 years ago now. Sadly the Wisco winters got to her too much before i got it, but i will always love that car and miss it dearly... Got a G-body project now, love them too, but just isn't the same as that car. Need another classic Buick in my life soon. Going to be maybe finding a SBB 300/340/350 or maybe Nailhead 264/322/364/401/425 to find for it and rebuild myself soon. Thinking Nailhead just to be different.. Good vids, like your channel!
Nailheads are sweet, and yeah, when it's done, I guess you're gonna need a car for the engine! And wow thanks for the positive feedback and thank you for watching!
Yo I have a 1970 skylark 350 4barrel and I was wondering from your tear down did you do the honing and boring ?? And did you buy a new crank or balanced it ??
@maciekidzkowiak8739 they're called Smoothies. These are universal lug cheap versions. Front tires are 215/60r15 and rears are 225/75r15. BARELY fit the rears lol. Thanks for watching!!
@@langspeedcycle Man this is awsome thanks for replying. I just picked mine 68 custom two weeks ago. I have been watching all your videos about your buick and admire all the work and dedication.
@@maciekidzkowiak8739 I really appreciate that! It has been a fun year with it. Should i post the video I have of the road trip I took with it? I never got around to editing it, back in July.
Awesome video! Im finally starting to get my own 69 skylark (350) back on the road but have some trouble with fuel not reaching the engine from the tank🤦🏼♂️ did you have any problems with fuel lines? My car runs fine if i but a gasline straight from carburator to a 2 gallon fuel bucket so i think it must be something in the fuel lines😕
I still have the original engine, but it's in ROUGH shape. Maybe one day it'll be all Buick again, but the ole Vortec hums pretty good! I'm happy to keep the car alive more than anything! Thanks for watching!
@timblaes7028 buick engine's are not cheap to rebuild, the Chevy swap does piss off purists. But it's hard to argue the initial cost, reliability, parts availability, and not to mention, i got 22 mpg on a roadtrip with this thing. Thanks for watching my stuff!

You are welcome! For the time being, might just drop it in the G-body for now, see how that goes. Should be fun

Yeah I had to run all new lines since mine were toast
Do you know the name of the interior color and exterior paint? I just bought a 2 door with the same combo
I have no idea, I'll comment back when I find out!
Just bought a 69 skylark 4 door 350 2 barrel
Awesome!!! Hope you make a video about it!

I was thinking awesome you got the buick 350 running , but then i saw it was a chevy motor, its not a true buick any more , sad

I too was very disappointed, that's why I originally started watching your channel.
