Enjoyed the unique taste of udaipur. White Mutton Recipe was very tender and very apt to palate. Ambrai is the Beautiful restaurant in Rajasthan which serve this recipe to you SURYA VEER SINGH ji is a very nice man, SAFED MAANS and some more dishes I tried here and it was really tasty. For example, the Maharaja of Jaipur, Brigadier Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh, served in the Indian army from 1951 to 1975.
