      Stable po yan but make sure pagka'apply nyo sa cake or cake i ref nyo muna.

      usually ang cream cheese hindi po advisable lagyan ng food color, although pwede naman po..

      1 cup anchor
      1 creamcheese
      2 1/2 cup cofectionary sugar
      dapat po room temp both and beat all until you reached the right consistency!😊❤️

      pagpo nilagyan ng vegetable shortening mas magiging stable, but my recipe doesn't need veg. shortening because it will affect the taste, but its up to you if you want to put veg. shortening.. :) if lalagyan mo naman mga 1/2 cup lang.

      Wala po, kaya pong tinawag na cream cheese kase po cream cheese ang kailangan.

      If hindi po kayo gagamit ng powdered sugar, dapat merong granulated sugar or fine sugar..para magkaroon ng konting tamis ang frosting. :)

      make sure malamig pa ng konti ang butter bago beat and even yun cream cheese mo wag over beat apply agad then pagka apply po ref agad para mag firm at mas maging stable with box 😘
