    3 Beef Hot links (Johnsonville)
    4 Eggs
    1 teaspoon granulated onion
    1 teaspoon cumin
    Splash of salt
    2-4 flour tortillas
    2 cups of cooked pinto beans
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon butter
    Add your butter to a pan on medium heat. Once it melts add the hot links. Add your granulated onion. Let them warm up for about 2 minutes and add your eggs. Add your cumin. Now give them a stir until the eggs are completely cooked. Turn heat to low or simmer and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Now add a lid over the top of the eggs and let the cheese melt. Make sure your stove is off at this point. Now, if you have some leftover pinto beans of a can of pinto beans would work. Warm those up in the microwave or on the stove and set aside. Now you’ll want to warm up the tortillas on medium heat using a cast iron griddle or a clean frying pan. Once the griddle or pan is hot, add your tortillas and let warm up on both sides. Once they are warm take them off and place them on a plate and add your egg scramble and beans to the middle of the tortilla and fold up both ends and then roll it tightly. Now place it back on to the griddle or pan and let them get crispy on each side. Once that’s done, they are ready to enjoy. You can add anything you want to the egg scramble, it’s all up to you!
