when i played hardcore mode, i ran into 4 mutants, one of them was the alpha i had no ammo then i remembered the pistol's description "In dire situations, you can always count on this weapon" the M9, who was maxed out, saved my life
Is it just me or do some of the zombies in this game look scarier than some actual main stream games like the walking dead, fallout, and resident evil.
When i first saw the mutants actually running at me instead of doing a tap dance in the road. I was actually terrified. I was like " oh shite. I'm not ready I'm going to die" but then i remember the LMG with max stats and I'm like. "Nevermind. Die all of you".
its still awesome tbh really now.it was so thrilling when you were playing and this music kept playing the whole game(not on the highway unfortunately)and honestly...the game was WAaay more scarier with this blowing your ears.true or not true :P
if anyone still has the means to play this game, I suggest using the auto or normal shotgun for dealing with hood clingers, it's the fastest way to get them off the car without wasting ammo. And the mounted gun if you have it for when you stop at a key location to do something, but if you don't have a mounted gun, just use LMG or assault rifle, and in a pinch, maybe uzi. But it's up to you really, that's just what I do
To be honest it makes sense on why the military failed in raod of the dead the mutants are durable and can jump over fences but in the walking dead Idk
This music perfectly conveys all the horror, hopelessness and atmosphere of chaos and apocalypse.
When you just put a fresh box mag into your LMG and you hear the sounds of an approaching pack of mutants
I'm ready to prepare my mental health.
"Fuck I forgot about to mount the machine gun on humvee.. "
That’s how you beat hardcore mode machine gun!

Well for sure its not only you...
Same here, the zombies here look scarier

A really epic battle music!
I play this song when I'm playing tf2 and friendly fire is turned on
I bet everyone runs in fear. For they have never had the rush of adrenaline that this music offers
So pretty much never then?

you are correct
I did feel like the highway theme matched the location better, but I agree
@@AsrielAsItGets428yeah but some builds of the game bit compressed it to high heaven
I have not... come this far... *to die now*
sounds like something for vampires or something
Vampyr ost sounds similar, yes

The walking dead have its own reasons why military forces failed, mostly because of impossibility of contain the sources of infection
