Ext, Is a reallly great album
it's different than their usual style but it doesn't mean that it's still a vibe, that's what most people don't understand.
I don't like the feel of it, I prefer songs when they move more. Though I get why people like this album but AM changed of style in every release.
Also I listen to music mainly in the public transports, if I was listening to it as a background during a night with my girl I'd probably enjoy it more

I really hope they continue in this direction music-wise, their best album to date in my opinion. AM was a bit too pop for my taste and tbhc got my hopes up again that they weren’t just turning into a generic indie radio band. Probably one of my favorite albums of all time tbh.

this album is extraordinary for am. people expect same fast rythmic songs from am like brainstorm or at least songs having strong sound like do i wanna know. thus the album is not preferred by most of listeners. however, i think, it's not bad as much as it's thought to be. even it's a nice album.

Skipped to Batphone immediately to see if you picked the right part there and after seeing that you did pick in fact the right part, I happily watched the whole video. That album truly is a special album, not my favorite Arctic Monkeys record, but such a good one, when you just wanted to listen to some chill music (but at the same time absolute bops like Four out of Five for example)

That organ riff on “The Worlds First Ever Monster Truck Front Flip” is probably the most beautiful and impressive part of the album. The more I listen to it the more it blows me away. It just resolves so much tension and feels so grandiose.

I think you missed the best part of Four out of Five. Nick’s bass line after the lyrics “I could lift you up another semi tone” is simply amazing. It does lead into the clip you have put up. Just an opinion

Alex plays bass on the studio version of Four Out of Five but when Nick plays it, he just makes it his own man.
I’m honestly in love with this album. ngl, fans who are in for their more upbeat eras probably disagree but I find this to be a masterpiece. As far as I remember, it’s probably the only album where they take a jab at social issues eg; corrupt politics, technology, etc... I think this album is a look back or a recap to their careers, like an anniversary if you will. I really love the narrative-tone singing, lyricism, nuanced themes and the godly instrumentals. I just hate how I thought I could find other similar songs to this album because it’s so familiar but alas, I could not find any artists’ work that is similar 😭😭
I couldn't agree more even tho I really loved Humbug and Favorite worst nightmare Tranquility base hotel and Casino is the best album in my opinion. Its almost sad how underappriciated this album is. I love everything about it and was very pleased with this comment section

The whole album is a blessing to my ears. I really love the other albums but Tbhc is just something that caught my attention as soon as I heard Star Treatment. I love how smooth it is. I always thought Humbug would be my favorite but Tbhc truly changed me. For me its a masterpiece that deserves more appriciation. I'm in love with the vocals and the use of the instruments. I'm quite dissapointed that I didn't see them performing this album live. Anyways sending love
