Based on the shape of the torque curve in the image, it is reasonably estimable that the torque likely never dips below 50-55 Nm throughout the rev band.

So, you have no idea that Europe killed the GXSR? Suzuki is struggling to maintain the stricter euro emission standard that imposed every year so they decided to discontinued the production of GSXR (except for the lower displacement tho..) and pulled out its team on MOTO-GP. i tried the gsx8s couple months ago. the ride by wire throttle has a terrible curve, where u open the throttle 5-15% but the ECU seems to open the throttle valves 80-90%. first you think "wow this thing has lots of power", obviously cuz u basically didnt even open her up and she starts "flying". but u soon realise that turning the throttle the remaining 80-90% does nearly nothing.
imo its basically unusable for anything that comes close to smooth throttle appliciation, simply because its incredible sensitive when trying to add or hold rpms
she later went to a tuning shop and got her ecu flashed for a linear throttle response. i hope they are shipping this gsx8r with a more linear curve in mind

Nice quality bike but to heavy. You could have used an aluminum frame and made it lighter than the competition. Now you got one of the heaviest bikes in this class with mediocre power. The CBR650R and the new Daytona 660 are much more compelling, they are still heavy but at least they almost have proper sports bike power. Oh and I hope you adjusted the gearing, like Yamaha did for the R7. Because if its the same gearing as the 8S, then this would be the slowest sports touring bike in its class as well, next to that awful Ninja 650.

The RS 660 is a very fun bike, probably the best entry level sports bike, but I still do not trust that engine when it comes to longevity. Its got very high power, compression and piston speeds out of a twin cylinder. Before I see some bikes with more than 40k or 50k kilometers on the clock I have my doubts they will last. So far the highest I see are in the 20Ks but its a relatively new bike, so we have to wait and see. @@grtbgf

Lets get one thing clear, none of these bikes are "proper" sport bikes. They are all faired naked bikes with more or less agressive positions. Even the more "potent" options are REALLY slow by 600 standards. Yamaha and Suzuki are banking on simplicity and reliability whilst aprilia and triumph are more expensive with higher tech and power.
If you want proper sports bike power, get a 636 or a street triple RS which will demolish any of the bikes you mentioned, in a straight line or on track.
