I’d possibly recommend coming back to checking out knockoff cases in a couple months. I say this because over time these manufactures figure out how to make the product seem more real, and a big thing they need to do is to get the MagSafe connection to work.

I was using the iPhone 12 Mini Apple silicone case for a week or so, but it just created so much damn static. I couldn't take it anymore. I went with a Spigen thin fit. I do love the size of the thin fit and the handling, but Spigen went wwwaaaayyyyy hard on that rubber coating. I feel like there's a balance between handling and making the case feel weird to hold. It's not exactly sticky; it's just also not comfortable. I've been using this case for three months now but I think I'm ready to move on to something with a matte texture. Hell I think I might just go apple leather to see what that's all about these days.

I was interested to know if I bought a fake MagSafe case which I assumed I had. I wanted a budget MagSafe case so got a nice looking leather one off eBay. On the picture it doesn’t have the apple logo but when it arrived it came in non apple packaging in a clear bag. And the case feels, looks and acts like a legit apple one. The MagSafe is great. The MagSafe animation shows when the case is installed. The case even has the apple stuff written inside and the seams look amazing. So never quite figure out whether mine is legit or not. If it isn’t it’s incredibly well copied.
Can you do a video on apple MagSafe wallets vs third party MagSafe wallets (moft, magbak, random amazon sellers)? I’m also interested to see how the wallets work with MagSafe compatible cases that aren’t apple branded. Such as thin cases (spigen ultra hybrid for example) that work with MagSafe chargers, how well do the wallets work with them, if they work at all.
Can you tell us if fake silicon MagSafe cases are "sticky" as in that their surface is collecting dust particles too easily? Or it's the same with the original cases regardless?
On the question of fake vs real, I want to get some Solo Loop or Braided Loop watchbands without actually having to pay 49/99 bux of amazon, and maybe in general some opinions on the oficial leather case which as I also said, I’m kinda finding terrible, it’s hard to put and take off, it handles kinda worse than the naked phone (at least on my Pro Max because the stainless steel is super stick and the apple logo on the back) and it will age terribly as in just two day it’s already getting scratches...

Are there after market non Apple cases that are “made for MagSafe”? Every non Apple case just says compatible. I got a 15 buck clear case off Amazon and the magnets are weak and no animation. Hate to spend Apple prices.

There are now 1:1 replicas who are almost as good as the real ones. iPhones actually detect them now to show the animation. Only way I could tell one as fake is by looking at the sides. Real cases are seamless while on the fake you will see one. A line around the edge, throughout present ever so slightly. Sometimes, I say sometimes you can see the inner microfiber lining, not lining up correctly and consistently throughout the inside edge.

Hey, you could just press hard with your toes on the Apple logo in a silicone case, if the logo came out from the other side so you know it's fake. In original case this will not happen. Tell me if you succeeded. I did it with case of iPhone 11 . 90% of the apple silicone case build like I told you.
