@fredpodorf5890 For me, it's mostly sub-conscious now, but I used to work really hard on having a movement toward the target to start my swing. I still feel like my belt buckle bumps/rotates slightly toward the target to start the swing (it's just a small move) and that really activates my core and lower body.
