Hello, I just found you this morning, and I'm having trouble tearing myself away from the videos. Your work is just so beautiful, and no irritating music in the background. You have a soothing, soft voice. All in all a very nice, relaxing, and encouraging tutorial.
sat down and started painting this blackerry brambles and blossom for 2 hours now! loved it! made several attempts and improved each time!! thank you harriet and ant!!
I'm enjoying your tutorials weekly. I came back to see this one. Lovely. Also, I ordered and received quickly your brushes. Pleasantly surprised how quickly I received them. Take care,
Hello, I love the blackberry painting!! However I would find it most helpful if you could zoom in a bit closer. I've noticed in several of your tutorials, the camera is a little too far away, at least for my old eyes. Thanks in advance!!!
I have about 50 feet of blackberries that I tend to lovely. But I must confess that I've never really took a close look at how delicate the flowers are. But those nasty thorns are another matter. I've often watched the bear sort-of roll back his lips and then gingerly pull off one berry at a time. How do they do that without jabbing themselves is one a natures mysteries. Did you know that blackberries have a huge amount of iron in them? Now as for the black currants. You mentioned that word a lot and every time you did I cringed. I hate b**** c******* although they have more antioxidants that even blueberries. Your health note for the day. Thank you Harriet. You have a way of teaching that make me feel like you are right there beside me encouraging me when I get stuck or frustrated. I just stop the video and try again. Cheers
