I actually really like how each part od the RV is divided. It feels almost like a 1 bedroom apartment where the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath are all there own "rooms". Really nice!
I love this RV i would really like to live in it full time and for that price omg it's better then a tiny home and so much storage.I would not have enough stuff for all the storage but over time i could fill it up.Nice unit
Very nice and I like that it has a lot of room to have a lot of family to stay over for the night. Thank you so very much for sharing this video with me today Karen Nichols
We own a 2022 Shasta Phoenix 334FL and love it. Our floorplan is the same as this one. This layout is the best we've ever owned as it separates the camper into three different spaces.
The cost is easily 5 times beyond our range, but even I can see that is a great deal. Never considered selling my home and going full time till I saw this deal. Sweet trailer.
Love front living room models! Redwood no doubt nice rigs. I think the sale price is reflective of a pattern we’re going to start seeing of RV’s dropping in price as they are way over priced thanks to covid and everyone jumping on board to buy an RV. I’m surprised this didn’t include a W/D. The supply chain issues we experienced during covid, and still has some issues, forced RV manufacturers to stop including generators. I don’t believe we’ll ever see them included again, especially given the power of the climate crisis people. However, I note that manufacturers are starting to include more than the minimum solar on some rigs, which is great as a lot of people boondock occasionally at least. I could live very comfortably in this unit, but if I had overnight visitors a half bath would be welcomed.
@@TheMotherofTacos Go to a big tree, on a sunny summer day, and stand under it's shade. Now, cut down that tree, and stand in the direct summer sun. You'll notice it's instantly 30 degrees hotter. @@TheMotherofTacos laugh. Only climate crisis we have is "influencers" who don't want to do real work and instead take up all our air with their hot breath.
Finally, they're getting rid of the ugly browns and tans and creams, and using blacks and whites, which looks so much better, and makes it look so much bigger. I agree with others, it needs a half bath.
We have a drv mobile suite that is 21,000 lbs. And we pull it with our dually 1 ton, but we actually had to add an extra leaf spring to the truck. So, I would suggest doing that for these heavier fifth wheels.
I can't believe I hadn't discovered Asmoke sooner! I used to grill with Traeger+ but switching to Asmoke has completely transformed my outdoor cooking experience. The digital controller is a game-changer, allowing precise control over the grilling process. I love that I can set my desired cooking temperature and let Asmoke do the work. The ASCA™ technology ensures better cooking results and makes cleaning easier. And the best part? The smoky flavor that the wood pellets impart to the food! My grilling game has definitely leveled up with Asmoke. Can't wait to take it on my next RV trip - it's perfect for road trips and tailgating! #Asmoke
J.D. it is definitely a beautiful coach. Still haven't found a front living that I like as well as our Montana 3761fl. And to have a coach that size not too have a 1/2 bath is baffling. Also agree that rear storage is a must.
Very nice. I like the layout. With the bedroom at the back instead of the front. I agree with you about the slide out tray at the rear. Don't mide the doors on the side if it was a tray that would slide out.
Love the layout. Having the living room tucked away upfront adds more privacy and distance from the kitchen. I really like having the kitchen the focal point when you walk in since that is the most used room in the house. A couple suggestions to the manufacturer. The laundry closet is too close to the toilet. It could be difficult to unload clothes in that tight of a space, but the video only panned over it for a short moment, so couldn't judge. They may want to move it to a new location. Also, the bench in the front by the door. I know it's a nice place to sit and take the shoes off, but I see myself hitting the corner of that as I pass. Not sure because again the camera quickly passed by it. Love it though!
This is beautiful but I’m wondering where the pantry is in the kitchen? I see enough space for dishes which is awesome but not for dry goods. They did get the counter space right lol and the bathroom is amazing!
The end tables beside the king bed would be not only a hinderance to probably stop the bed from lifting up but it would also be a perfect place to bang your arms while sleeping. They stick out onto the bed to much.. Doesn't look like they thought that part through. I normally like Redwoods, not sure if that would stop me from buying this unit, Maybe.
Hey Mr. Big truck and Big RV... How come they cancelled the big RV show in Southern California... Is it ever going to return? Would you have any insider info on it?
I watch quite a few of these videos from different channels but they all seem to mention those cpap machines alot when showing the bedrooms, do many campers in America need cpap machines or something?
all of these trailers regardless if a bumper tow or fifth wheel they are like cruise ships, fancy looking but CRAP in general when it comes to strength and core structure and will depreciate like an actual mobile home trailer, about 15-20K a year even if kept in exceptional shape and condition but a real house can increase depending on upgrades incorporated.
As a River Ranch owner, I find the rear hatch frustrating. It is a great idea but, getting a bike in there is challenging and takes futzing with the wheel and handlebars to get in there.
I like the redwood, BUT with the same floor plan there a few other brands much cheaper, and suit me better. Pinacle, Riverstone are some that I rather have this redwood. For the price I was looking for more. As for the rear door for storage I think they dint include one to keep the weight down, THIS is a heavy one and they did it on purpose incase you try load her more than what regulation demand for the roads.
Finally, someone who says hot water system and not hot water heater. There is no suck thing and a hot water heater, it's a water heater. Why would anyone heat already hot water.
No washer and dryer? Wow, for $200K grand, it should come with it. Heck for that amount of money you’d expect gold faucets at least. Then you’d have to buy a 1 ton dually pickup to pull it down the road
Why won’t RV manufacturers just get rid of all the carpet? Why do I have to waste storage space on a vacuum cleaner just to use it on six square feet of carpet? It makes much more sense to just have linoleum throughout. They need to consider what’s involved in cleaning the rig not just what they think looks good. It doesn’t look good. It just looks weird.
As great as that bath is - would rather have a kid bath to keep all of the plumbing centralized which will eliminate the plumbing going into that rear garage and definitely would prefer that door in the rear instead of the cap - why don’t they innovate a cap that has an opening for a door that would allow a rear slide tray?
They depreciate crazy fast though. After just a few years youve lost a huge chunk of what youve paid. Smarter to purchase used if you're looking for ine of these.
This is really something one would live everyday life in. This has nothing to do with with camping. One thing about modern day campgrounds is you can see everything from a bivvy hammock stung up between two trees and this sort of thing all within one square mile.
People should stop buying RV's. Just look at all the posts about all the problems, service centers suck along with the manufacturers. Don't do it you will be sorry 😢
It blows my mind a high end rv would still use schwintek rv slides.. as a re tech of 25 years .. I literally cringe when I see them.. please tell me that isn’t what I seen here on this unit ..

You know JD likes his coffee, when he’ll put a coffee maker next to the bed😂🤣
I had a small 4 cup coffee maker that would definitely have fit in that spot 😅
😂😂😂
Very nice. Very big. Agree this is a dually trailer.
Great job J.D.. take care and enjoy the show.
Wow! That's a great layout and quality, but so much grey. I thought I was watching a black and white TV! I love grey, but sometimes it's too much.
Love the amount of storage one of the best I've seen yet

So they have to come through your bedroom in the middle of the night to use the bathroom? 😳 No thank you!

200K MSRP and not included W/D? It is nice but you have to track through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Too bad they couldn't swap them.
Nope, look into the 4001 LK for that
I hate the idea of not being able to leave your bedroom bc someone is in the bathroom. Now you need a door in the bedroom.
Did I miss the 1/2 bath? At that price range I'd expect a 1/2 bath and not need to have folks walking through my bedroom to use the bathroom.
They could if they wanted to
The cost is easily 5 times beyond our range, but even I can see that is a great deal. Never considered selling my home and going full time till I saw this deal. Sweet trailer.

The 2-inch receiver hitch is usually used for accessories like a slide in rack for E-Bikes..Not for towing muxh

Beautiful! But yes, the access hatch in the back is a must.
I prefer the Durango Gold for so many reasons, such as the hatch with sliding storage in back and dishwasher in the kitchen.
Very nice. I like the layout. With the bedroom at the back instead of the front. I agree with you about the slide out tray at the rear. Don't mide the doors on the side if it was a tray that would slide out.
Yeah I don't know wjy i love front living rooms so much. I guess because you have to climb into it, it feels cozier, like a den?
I prefer the side access in back. Many times if the site is smaller you may not have access from the back
I'm taking it that , it might be 42 ft! You didn't mention the length! Really nice

Love Redwood. I would love to see a rear kitchen model

The title says Riverstone but this is a Redwood.
Mine shows Redwood.
@@bernicehenson5210 Yes, he's fixed it. It did say Riverstone.

Front living are the best floor plans in my opinion or the front kitchens but I like the front living more
Beautiful unit but I am surprised with the length and weight it is not a tri axle. I would think you would need a 450 or 550 to handle this one.
It’s beautiful, love it. The only disappointment is there is no half bath. I don’t want guests to go in my bedroom to use the bathroom 😢
Look into the 4001Lk if that's a necessity for you
It’s a beautiful rig, but that weight is so massive, and you’ll need a big big truck for this one!
Cool. RVs. You. Have

I think the bathroom should have 2 sinks, it's big enough. Can you get two sinks put in?
Nice unit. Do prefer the rear slide out storage. Still prefer the Riverstones or the Brinkleys
Nicely done video! One question, are there any RVs that the interiors are not black, gray or brown?
Beautiful rv. Every floorplan I've seen is really well done. But at this price point, I'd take the Riverstone.
Redwood I think is 96" wide?
No dishwasher?
Hey Mr. Big truck and Big RV... How come they cancelled the big RV show in Southern California... Is it ever going to return? Would you have any insider info on it?
I was wondering the same thing too. I miss not having them out here. I honestly don’t think that they’ll ever come back😢
Would like to see something with more sleeping room for a family of 5
Maybe something like this: ruclips.net/video/AJXpijeTboU/видео.html
What the french door refrigerator is it possible to get one that has ice maker and water instead
Gooooo Cowboys
This is the kind of rig you bring to an rv park and let it stay there ! I’ve seen many of these and the owners have built decks around them.
I think in my opinion insignia makes some of the best looking stoves for RVs.
I watch quite a few of these videos from different channels but they all seem to mention those cpap machines alot when showing the bedrooms, do many campers in America need cpap machines or something?

For $130K it better be absolutely beautiful
42 foot 5th wheel with one bed and one bathroom? 6 slide outs and it still feels cramped. Way too much space given to the one bathroom and storage.
Hope he gets progress
As a River Ranch owner, I find the rear hatch frustrating. It is a great idea but, getting a bike in there is challenging and takes futzing with the wheel and handlebars to get in there.
Look under the bed , I believe it has 2 drawers also
How do u stop all those cabinets from flying open?
I'll take fiberglass back..plenty of access on either side..would take the handsome rear

I really wanted to see the River stone.
What's up JD?
Man. This dude is all about coffee makers.
Beautiful, but too gray! I know grays the in color but I find the color depressing! Maybe it's because I live in an area that is so gray in winter!
This would be a perfect full time
Living if it just had a loft !
Very nice but lacking a dishwasher.
I think that the back part should come down so it'd be like a patio off the back and I find that way better.
This is done on toy haulers
That's not a tow hitch on the back, it for a bike rack. Who tows anything with a 5th wheel?
Finally, someone who says hot water system and not hot water heater. There is no suck thing and a hot water heater, it's a water heater. Why would anyone heat already hot water.
