Add in the egg yolks and mix until combined. - Beat egg whites until stiff peak ( just until it become like lightly whipped cream ) - Put half of the egg whites into the bowl and beat it by a whisk - Put the left egg white in and fold it - Bake it

How kind of you to respond. Sorry for the confusion. When I bake I use a U.S. cup to measures my recipes. I don't have a scale. What I need to do is convert grams into U.S.cups. (Example: how many grams is 1 cup of flour etc? The same question for eggs, milk, oil? I realize eggs are different sizes here in the U.S. The information on Internet is not consistent. Do you have any suggestions, or websites that can help me? Thanks 😄😄

Hi, I tried you recipe the cake was lovely and raise up but I had a problem, when the cake done and I left it up side down until cool and soon I bang the pan to get the cake out of the pan the cake getting flat, what have I done wrong? can you tell me?

And I tried it again today and it's coming out great, I used a smaller cake pan and beat the egg whites longer so it rose better than the last time

i tried this cake and it's soooo good! eventhough i used 20cm baking pan, so the cake isnt as tall as the cake in video, but it's so good!

do i have to grease the wall of the pan? and how cold is the milk? is the milk must be straight out of the refrigerator or at room temperature?

you can use without it. Cream of tartar is just used to stabilize the whipped egg whites.
