    I've got a very old one, produced by motorola by someone and sold as part of their required test equipment in the 70s. 26as101-1 One way I use it is to run it directly to a dummy load, and put an atenuator on the sample input/output, and a sig gen on that. I can measure receiver sensitivity without having to worry about tx. blowing the test gen.

    While that 50 terminator may never be removed, if you wanted to analyze a 75 Ohm cable you can just replace the 50 Ohm terminator with a 75 Ohm terminator and the coupler will work just fine at the new impedance.

    The 20dB is for the coupled port. The load is for the coupled port, pre-set impedance.
    The dB rating comes from the coupled port distance from the main line.
    X input, coupled to sample port 20dB lower level.

      CH1 connected directly to 50ohm load. no input to the nano

    Not 50MHz-2.4GHz. Their published data sheet shows 500MHz to 2 GHz.

      Can we use Vector Network Anylizer for phase maching
      And I have 2kw Rf amplifier wih 8to 1 combiner all rf amplifier have more than 1.5kw individual out put power but when i connect these amplifier to cmobiner it output show less than 4kw is it happen with phse maching error or impedance maching
      Amplifier range is 1250mhz to 1350mhz pulse amplifier

      @@Creatortech95 that is a large system and not all can be measured with a VNA, but certainly you can measure things like the electrical length of the different paths, the %transmission of things, and the SWR at various points. Since it it portable, measurements at the antenna are possible. all the measurements are done at milliwatt powers so it will not account for loss do to high power. I don't have any real experience.

      @@IMSAIGuy thanks this module use for Radar and it is tha finel out of 10kw if the total output more than 8kw then we can switch on CFA and it power up to 100kw this is old military radar can i know what is tha basic instrument use for pahse matching
      We have Vector Network anylizer ,signal anylizer , oscilascope powermeter frequency counters
      And yesterday i power the amplifier and use vna with ratio b1 /b2 and use attenuater and coupllers to reduce output power to -10dbm because vna cant handle too high power
      Then frequency genadator out certain frequency but the vna show it varied highly. -30 dgree to 160dgree. So i remove amplifier and connct vna to signal genarator with coupler but it show phase angel pin point

    What you did in the last part to measure the noise floor, and why? It cannot be seen and you don't explain so only you know it,.or someone that knows already,.but that people dont see this videos. Please, explain more the things your videos interest me but always there is important points that just get lost by the cameras or other reasons. explain what is seen in the screen s11? S21?

      @@IMSAIGuy If you find some of the older cell phones that had a black box full of electronics there are several circulators that operate in the 800mhz region.
