    MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼…………………………………………………………………There does seem to be a lot going on while y’all are sawing. Any demonstrations and/or explanations are greatly appreciated! I’m sure I’m not the only one who just likes saw milling videos and has never worked at a sawmill.

    Thanks for the this video showing how the pedal works. I’m one of the people that asked about the pedal and I thank you for explaining to me, but essentially thank you for showing how it works. You seem like a great young man and I wish you all the success in your life. Your Dad should be very proud of you.

    Your saw mill rocks. I think you go through a log faster than most. I just worry about what you will do when the rain and snow starts. Cutting without a shelter has got to be tough. I enjoy every one of your videos.

      @@AndruwsLumber I do have a question. After you cut the lumber you run some of it through another saw to cut to width. I would love for you to show how that saw works. It sure saves a lot of lumber.

    I always appreciate the videos where we get to see how something works and why it is used. I run a bandsaw mill and am envious of the speed and efficiency of these circle saws. I think I spend more time just turning a log than you do sawing the whole darn thing. 😂 Love the channel and I wish you and your family all the best! Keep up the great work.

    That's cool. I wondered how this just sort of magically happened when you needed to roll a log. I'm always impressed to so something that works simply by mechanical linkages and no computers yet it always comes out right. The people who could figure that out were smarter than people today.

    What's the diameter of the saw blade that your mill uses and what is the maximum depth of cut? I don't ever see the sawyer (your Dad) use a tape measure. How do you know when you've sawn the cant down to a specific size to get the dimension lumber you're after? Where are you guys located? I am trying to place your accent.

    • @AndruwsLumber
      @AndruwsLumber  7 месяцев назад

      The diameter is 56”. We can saw a depth of 23”. We have a figure board that we use to get our measurements and you do math in your head to calculate the saw kerf. We are located in ashe county nc

      You do the math in your head,,,,, lotta days when I was sawing, my head was tireder than my body at quitting time. Grade, pallet blocking , ties,,,oh my@@AndruwsLumber
