i work for royal mail for 20 years and Special delivery is our top product to customers. Now we are also prioritising Tracked 24/48 hour parcels too. But overall you have more Protection on Special delivery's. They are also Guaranteed to be there by 1pm the next available working day.

Ordered coat ant next day got tracking number. Now it is 10 days after that and tracking number shows it is not reach post. So looks like someone stole it or simply it was never sent at all. Will wait 4 days more and ask for refund. Can't say whom to blame on it.
Call me a sceptic, but I don’t think everyone would get a personal email explaining that the item doesn’t contain inner lining, think you might have had a bit of the old VIP treatment there Also, isn’t the fact that the jacket is missing its inner lining something that should have been mentioned in the items description?
@@thomasyaxley2741 it is included as shown in the slowmo picture scan when I am talking about it but it could be missed on a fastest finger first scenario; perhaps thats why it was emailed also. Have a look :)
@@casual_dresser Description of the item’s condition is great here, but I think full transparency is key for resellers; if an item is missing its original lining, this should be clearly stated in its description; IMO omitting information like this undermines a seller’s credibility

I have received emails before foremother companies, if there are issues that need mentioning. Possibly sceptical but I am not here to guess :)
