If you weren't slim and fit, I would wish for you that you STILL work whatever makes you happy and feel good. We, as a culture, do a LOT of shaming people for not being slim.
Love this video Erin! I'm 54 and have a bright, crayon purple winter coat that I have been wearing since I was in my 30s. It is the burst of happy color I need in the bleak Midwinter. And, almost every time I wear it, people young and old are kind enough to comment on how much they love the bright color in winter. I hope I'm fortunate enough to still be wearing it in my 70s and 80s! 💜
Hi Renee - I have green and purple coats that I wear in the winter! There isn't a time that I'm out in public that someone doesn't compliment me on them! They're great in a sea of black!
I’m 43 and have gotten more compliments about my style from strangers over the last year than I ever have in my whole life! I wear what makes me feel good-and that definitely includes bold colors, mini skirts, and prints! Loved this video!! ❤
I loved the What not to Wear show; sorry you saw it as negative. I think they reached out to the extremely challenged, so they had to put the spotlight on the wrong … then mostly emphasizing what works for your body type. Regardless, I enjoy your presentation as well. Both approaches teach us how to complement our figure while staying current. Love your suggestions and the way you include all of us.
It was a great show, very entertaining! I am really just talking about the ideas such as "No mini skirts over 35". We just can't put those kinds of "rules" out there for everyone. Hope my message helps you to feel excited to wear the things you LOVE, no matter what. Thanks for watching! xo
I'm so glad that you reminded us to stop saving our nice outfits for special occasions! Every day should be special! We will feel and look beautiful wearing clothes that we picked with so much care - it should not be a one-time deal 😉
I loved What Not to Wear! Some people really needed the help 😂 I also loved Carmindy's segments bc I learned to do a 5 minute makeup routine from her, which I still do today. I did feel, though, that towards the end of the show's run S & C were dressing everyone in the same way ... which became boring and predictable. Interestingly enough, it is what I'm noticing these days too. Especially in NYC. Everyone dresses in the same way...either in a yoga outfit or in the same predictable influencer style with the same designer handbags, same oversized blazer or coat, same chunky boots or sneakers, same Mom jeans, baggy jeans or silk skirt, same crop tops etc. It's so boring! I wish people embraced themselves and their true individual styles more instead of being influenced by the same trends. 🤷♀️ Btw, take the tuxedo dress to Paris!
I remember that show is was cookie cutter everyone will the highlights the suits the trousers . We all all different I wear I made my feel happy 😃 I don’t follow rules
Gosh, this video gave me so many feelings. I tried to remember the last time I didn’t give a crap about what people thought of my outfits I was a teenager in the nineties, when it was hip to look unpolished and unladylike. Now I’ve changed my style to be more refined and classy and find that I derive my outfit enjoyment from what others think about how I look, particularly since putting on weight. I need back some of that teenage rebelliousness. 😊
I have been thinking the very same thing! I was most myself in my style in my teens. What happened to me? I want to recapture that boldness and authenticity
Halleluiah! As a 65-year-old that moved from downtown to the country in Texas, I had to ignore what others thought of my style. I need to be true to myself and self-expression in clothing. Hugs from Texas❤
Yes to all of this! I absolutely love when you talk about breaking style rules. It is ridiculous for those of us who are over 40, 50 and beyond to limit ourselves and refrain from wearing things we love that make us feel beautiful and frankly, how many times have we seen young women looking not so hotso in something an older woman would rock!?
I love this ❤ and at 53 I wear mini skirts, leather pants, and plunging necklines. People have commented I have great style. A man I was on a date with, commented I have an energy of a 30-year-old. I'm not wild and crazy, I'm a typical calm and collected Libra, but I have a fun spirit and what I wear emphasizes that energy.
As a chubby kid with a very strict and criticizing Asian mom, I only started wearing sexier, more fitted clothes in my late 20s, after I learned to eat healthier and exercise. I feel like I've only just started to enjoy being more creative with styling in my late 30s as I've learned more about what I like with more economic freedom. Really appreciate you putting the message out there that we should be free to dress how we like after our 40s💃
I had NO IDEA how to shop, dress or flatter my body type until What Not to Wear. I LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!! Back then, we didn't have RUclips, Instagram, etc. I know they were super sarcastic and sometimes much too rigid and judgmental, but I still felt their love. They weren't as progressive as we are now as a society, which isn't ideal. But the reality is that people ARE passed by in some professional (and other) settings based on appearance. And some of us aren't pleased with our own look; we just don't know what to do differently! Love you, Erin!
Hard to believe that show came out 20 years ago! 😮 I absolutely loved it and probably watched every episode, but I was in my 20s. Wonder how I’d feel about it in my 40s. I think the older I get the less I care about what everybody else thinks or the “rules.” The added benefit of getting older and wiser. And yes…the ol crop top. Two weeks ago I wore my first crop top to the gym. I was nervous, and when I got there I immediately received a compliment on how cute my shirt was. I’ll probably never have lower abs, but thank goodness for high waisted leggings and upper abs! 😜
Love, love, love this video!! Your emphasis on wearing what makes you feel amazing is so empowering!! I've been trying new things to wear because of your videos Erin, thank you!! It's been a catalyst for building up my self-esteem something I've struggled with my whole life. I feel amazing in my jeans which are high-waisted and have wide legs!! My 21-year-old daughter has given me compliments on those jeans and even bought a pair herself! I also love wearing a bold lipstick color!! These are just a few examples of how I've incorporated your tips into my life. Thanks so much Erin, you rock!!
LOVE to hear that, Jessie! For you and your daughter! Thanks so much for sharing, and being willing to take those fashion risks. They have clearly helped you to feel more free and excited about your style! That's what is so important... fashion should always be fun. xo
I appreciate that your channel encompasses all things as it relates go fashion and not just looking youthful. Focusing from the inside out, embracing who we are, aging gracefully and taking good care of ourselves. Being mindful of all those things makes even the most basic outfit more beautiful…
I love this video, Erin. Thank you! I need the reminder to value myself enough to wear things that make me happy. This video reminded me of an incident. About a year ago I was driving to my dentist whose office is in an outdoor mall. I saw a mom walking between shops with her daughter, who was about four years old. The dear girl was in head to toe sequins. She sparkled, and she was loving it! I thought about the fact that there's a period of girlhood when it's acceptable to wear sequins any day and every day , and how delightful that is. And, I thought, you know.... I've seen some older ladies in the grocery store on a random Wednesday morning wearing their sequin top with joy on their faces. So I think at some age, maybe that time comes back! And, I have moments of wondering, I'm 52, am I there yet???
Yes!!! Why do we lose that ability to wear what helps us shine? It's time to get back to that again... Thanks so much for sharing this story, Victoria! xo
I am 45 and lusted for leather leggings for some years. I supposed I might not wear them often enough as I am over 40. Got one pair two years ago and used them so often! I will get so much wear out of them in the upcoming years as I love how these pants look and feel. I learned from this example to follow my instincts and not listen to the mean questioning voice (inside and outside). Edit: wow! You look wonderful in the romper with the long sleeves! Such a beauty!
The What not to Wear show was hilarious, I miss it. Nearly 3 decades later, I still laugh at having given away two pairs of real leather pants while in my 40s because I felt I was too old to wear them. It took me five years to forgive my body for changing due to menopause, but now, like you. I realize how wonderful it is to be this age and to be healthy and still be able to have fun with fashion. No plunging neckline for this girl however, not in the past, not today not ever. 😁
At 56, I've just bought a denim maxi pencil skirt that is actually very flattering and I love it! Also ordered some slouchy fit straight jeans, it feels good to be a little more current
I’m new to your channel Erin. I’m 52 and got emotional watching it. I was always so hard on myself. I’ve really been wearing more of what I want over the last few years. You just gave me a kick in the pants to push it a little more. Thank you!!
Erin, I think you are one of the wisest and most creative fashion vloggers out there. You deep dive into the psychology of it. How it makes you feel wearing certain things. Creative ways for us to express ourselves through fashion. Thanks for all of your useful and creative content that is a ‘cut of above’ most of what’s out there. ❤️
Just watched one of your videos. Love you and them. I learn so much. My style is developing. I looked for your video on smart shopping but didn't see it but I just snagged a beautiful ivory Rag and Bone jacket on ThredUp that is in excellent condition and with my discount I bought it for $48!!!! Jackpot. Thanks Erin
You are so right Erin! I have always been an extravagant dresser and I sew most and customize ALL of my garments….but what I find now, at 58 is that it inspires others, people love it and it is loads of fun! 🙂🙏🏼❤
I don’t believe in ‘ageing’ I believe in levelling up! If you are level 45 now, just think how much more confidence, self love and experience you will have when you reach level 50, it gets better and better. Be positive, enjoy every level and don’t spend a moment worrying about whatever age you are, it’s just a number!
I love this video and I love how you empower women to be and feel their best! Thank you for this video and your attention to make all women feel comfortable in their choices!❤
My husband told me l look good the way l dress and l just looked at him. That is when he said can you not take a good comment. I love your blouse. Thank you for your words of wisdom it really helps me with my confidence.
This is in the TOP videos you have done for me!! I am really touched and moved. I sew. So my options are GREAT. And I love bold colors. Some big prints. I will be 65 this fall and I've been making some dresses above my knees because TheyLookGreat. And I love it!!! Thanks for this video. Truly moving me in my spirit. I was tearing up,!!
LOVE to hear that! I'm sure you make such beautiful creations for yourself... And it's truly exactly what you want to wear! So glad today's video spoke to you, Vicki. Thanks for being a part of this amazing community! xo
Thank you for this video. I have been going through this back and forth with myself over the last few years about what I should or shouldn’t wear - talking myself out of the bright colors I love or bold prints I love because I’m over 40 now…but I got into a new job last year where I’ve been trying to push myself and let that fun/edgy/playful style out of me more and its been making me so happy. I think I just needed to hear it from someone else too. So thank you💗
I love that you said you love rompers( you look great in them and you DO have great legs)You give me courage to try things, even if I don’t feel comfortable in it, at least I tried and that increases my confidence! I’m 58 and my 25 year old daughter talked me into a cut out summer dress and I LOVE it!!
Love, love, love your approach in this video and others about breaking out of all the voices in your head about shouldn'ts and don'ts. I saw an older lady at a football game this past fall who had a few body faults and dressed a little risqué for her age (some people's thinking) but she was having the best time and she didn't care what everyone was thinking. She looked like to me she was doing something she didn't get to do all the time and she was going to have fun. Was she a little of a spectacle? Yes. But she didn't care. She was having enjoying herself!!! All your information was helpful too!
Absolutely LOVE the message in this vlog! Don't let society tell you how to dress...ROCK your own style! People will make comments and give you snarky looks, it's because they aren't comfortable in their own skin, it's nothing on you😉
This is my favorite video of all that I’ve seen from you! Thank you so much for making this video. I love that we are embracing our authenticity and given permission to be edgy. I am 64 and I love that I can set my own style because I feel like I’m 35 inside. ❤well done!
I don't understand why some think shorts are great for everyone. For me shorts look frumpy on me but mini skirts are more flattering & hides my imperfections. I will continue to wear mini skirts. I'm to old for mini skirts?? Nah... TFS... Love your inspiration, Erin.
Hi Erin! I always watch your videos, I am not the kind to comment though :D So I thought I should expand today on this one hahahaha. I believe that as we get older embracing ourselves with grace, allows us to be ourselves and express ourselves comfortably in many different ways, and surely, clothing is one of them!! :) It is a blessing to be alive, and each day is unique like each one of us, you are an original and therefore, have no energy to compare yourself to others, but to spread your wings and fly un-apologetically! I love bold colours and fun chic to wear, colours that make my smile and eyes pop, a deep v neckline for a little spice ;) you know you need for certain occasions that you feel sparkly and bubbly :D I believe we define what we wear with intention, ... i think of each of us as flowers, blooming on their own and gorgeous when together! Thank you for your videos, they are so fun, and I particularly love your personal softness and gentleness with a good dose of elegance and "chickyness" too ;) You are a beautiful person, simply because you are yourself and you have your very own light that brights the hearts of those who get to watch your videos... that is a gift! Thank you Erin. Big hug from my heart to yours xx
Wow...thank you SO much for your kind and thoughtful comment. You are exactly right and have shared such a beautiful message here. I'm truly honored that you are here in this wonderful community! xo
Exactly how I feel about Erin. Even my husband has said I dress different, look better because I am more confident..love her and I have been with her since the beginning and feel like she is truly a friend to us ladies. ❤❤❤❤
Hi Erin I loved loved loved this video. I watched that show, but you know now it might have made me angry now. I look better, even at my age, in shorter dresses and skirts because I am short and the over the knee make me look dowdy. I love your lips blouse.very fun. I love your tuxedo dress so much. I love that black mock top too. You look amazing in all of them. You have taught me more than style , you taught me to be more confident. My husband even told me he noticed a change in me because if you. Love you soo much and your voice is so calming. I am wondering…do you have a singing voice..bet you do. ❤❤❤❤
thanks for sharing,i am 51 and wear everything ik like and love bright colors , mini skirts . dresses etc i dont care what other people think if i want to wear it i do. your video gives me the right feeling thank you so much xo
I couldn't agree more. I've always dressed in whatever fits well, makes me happy, and I feel looks good on me. I've never been one to care much what others think. It's great!
Thank you so much for this video. You can’t do this kind of video too many times, we always need to hear theses things. I’m 51 but I don’t look it or act it or feel it so I don’t want to dress any way that I “should” but rather the way I want to dress to feel good. Thanks again x
Loved this look at “what not to wear!” I’ve got a thing for knitwear - I love it. Wearing it - making it - choosing the colours and yarns with super soft fabrics or whatever takes my fancy at the time. I’ve been wearing it for years too. No matter what others think - I like it so I find ways to style it so that I like it and feel great wearing it. 💚
This was a very positive video. I’m short and I love my legs so I really love wearing rompers and short skirts. Not so short that I can’t bend down but definitely over the knee. I have a few dresses with cutouts hanging in the closet for “the right event” and you gave me encouragement to go and try them on right away. So thank you 😊
Loved this, Erin. I have to take this advice to heart. I confess, I have dozens, literally dozens, of "special" pieces or outfits sitting in my closet, never worn, tags still on -- waiting for that "special" occasion. I have to stop that! By the way, I watch every one of your videos despite not being on FB any more. Love your advice and the way you give it and illustrate it, with humility and joy. 💖💖
I needed this video. Mid 40s here I've noticed I wear alot of black lately its slimming. I definitely have the mind set of saving my nicer things for a better occasion. We all need to live a little. Life is unpredictable. Nice message !
I don’t follow trends but dress my body. I do dress well, fashionable, current but know what looks good on me. Your beautiful inside and out and can’t wait to see clips of your Paris trip!
Thanks for this post. I am 59 years old and break all the "rules" . That I then choose not to wear certain garments for other reasons is a completely different matter. For example, I would not wear a romper or jumpsuit but it is for comfort reasons. I would absolutely wear a top and shorts in the same fabric so it was a fake romper. Also I'm more restrained with lots of pattern but that's just my style. I don't like long skirts but was actually starting to wonder if I'd need to clear out my short ones and getting longer now that I'm almost 60 but you gave me extra motivation not to, so thank you for that. Lots of Love from Sweden❤️
I appreciate you elevating this topic. In an era of body positivity and acceptance, I’d invite you to temper comments like “if you have the abs - where it”. What if I don’t have the abs and wear it anyway because I feel comfortable with the look?! This is my summer to wear a bikini for the first time in my life - age 53 - size 14 - with extra skin and texture above my stomach and I’m excited at the prospect of liberating myself from the “I can’t wear that” attitude. Thank you for being a voice for all women to find their self and to seek joy in the everyday.❤
I am still a work in progress... and I truly appreciate you granting me grace in this. I mean to say "If you have the confidence when wearing it". That's what it really is, you have to feel good in it, and feel confident in the style. Thanks SO much for sharing your own story here. So glad you enjoyed this video and added such helpful insight to it. xo
Your video was very relatable to me. I am also 48 and I dress completely differently every day, depending on my mood and how I want to feel that day. I dress for myself and nobody else and since I have been doing so, I have received so many compliments on my style. I think a lot of moms feel that they need to dress like moms and loose their identity in the process. I am having fun with my style and fashion and have never felt more me.
Thank you so much, Erin! This video reminded me of something my daughter (22 yrs younger than me) once said: Mom, if you are comfortable, it's right for you. I enjoy being fashion forward. However, ppl mistake my age often (you dress like a middle-aged mom- I AM a middle-aged mom!); which can, on my most insecure days, make me doubtful. I will re-watch this video should that feeling hit me again. Kisses, M.~
Thank you Erin for giving back this power that I think I lost because I’m 46 and in full menopause. I used a crop top last weekend and cut outs today and feel so happy and beautiful... and confident, can’t believe it🔝😎
I absolutely love the pink & red outfit. I had one similar a few years ago and I loved it. I remember a woman in our office who said I looked like a clown in front of some of our Executive staff. My response was “Who doesn’t love clowns, they always have a smile on their face “. Think it’s time to add a lot more colour to my closet.
I love your neclace, taxido dress, jumpsuits and white dress sooo much! I am turned 61 in December, and last summer I was still wearing a jumpsuits. I am sure I am going to wear them this coming summer. 😃
Erin, you hit the ball out of the park with this episode. I love it! I have no desire to wear "nudes" and "timeless, classic" pieces. Thus, I am NOT a NYC Park Ave., Matron, and that is what that "timeless" look reminds me of-think-Jackie O-not a look that inspires me. Nor do I want to wear tweed Chanel jackets, trousers, silk blouses, cashmere, I live in Los Angeles, CA and it is always sunny, and yes, we show more skin here;) You look stunning in the Tuxedo dress. I learned however, the benefit of quality basics from your channel. Keep fighting for us gorgeous gals over 40!
I agree 100%! I am 71 and do all the things you talk about. I am fit and slim and wear just whatever makes me happy and feeling good💖
If you weren't slim and fit, I would wish for you that you STILL work whatever makes you happy and feel good. We, as a culture, do a LOT of shaming people for not being slim.
Awesome!!
I’m 77 and I no longer wear shorts, but skorts are just my style! 🎉
❤️you

Your coat sounds absolutely lovely! Thanks so much for sharing, Renee! xo
Thanks to all for your supportive comments. And Celia, green amd purple sounds terrific!
Love bright colours in the Winter. We need that boost when it is dull and cold outside. Good on you!
I’m 43 and have gotten more compliments about my style from strangers over the last year than I ever have in my whole life! I wear what makes me feel good-and that definitely includes bold colors, mini skirts, and prints! Loved this video!! ❤

I liked it too because sometimes they would change something as simple as what bra they were wearing and it completely changed their outfit.
@@BusbeeStyle i agree! I loved it but never took it literal
I guess we've moved on from these sorts of rules now
Totally agree!
I'm so glad that you reminded us to stop saving our nice outfits for special occasions! Every day should be special! We will feel and look beautiful wearing clothes that we picked with so much care - it should not be a one-time deal 😉
Exactly!
True! I definitely have a separate vacation/out of town wardrobe that I LOVE and then the boring acceptable stuff I wear the rest of the time.
I loved What Not to Wear! Some people really needed the help 😂 I also loved Carmindy's segments bc I learned to do a 5 minute makeup routine from her, which I still do today. Wow, I forgot about Carmindy, she did such a great job.

Yes, you DO! And why do we have to be so sweet and nice all the time? We don’t. Embrace the rebel and the b*tch! 😂🌟✨
Yes, as a nineties teenager, I remember experimenting with the “grunge” look and others, only to look ridiculous in them. (No longer my style anyway)
I have been thinking the very same thing! I was most myself in my style in my teens. What happened to me? I want to recapture that boldness and authenticity

I am 36 and mother of 3. You are my style guru, Erin! So glad I found your channel, your advice is always gold! Thank you! You inspire me so much!
I'm honored to be even a small part of your journey!! SO glad you are here! xo
“Someday is right now”. Best advice ever. I needed to hear this today and I thank you. ❤
NO reason to wait! SO glad this resonates with you!! xo

I loved your message...dress in what you feel best in no matter the age!! Thanks, Erin!
So glad this video spoke to you, Joyce! Thanks for being a part of this amazing community! xo

Go Erin! I NEVER let rules stop me. Wear what you want!
Yes!!
You really inspire me! I’m 74 years old and ready to dress to allow myself to be happy ❤
Love that! Thanks so much for sharing that, Barbara! You've got this!! xo
I am 45 and lusted for leather leggings for some years. I supposed I might not wear them often enough as I am over 40. Got one pair two years ago and used them so often! I will get so much wear out of them in the upcoming years as I love how these pants look and feel.

Embracing and loving me, no matter what age I am.. I am loving your channel!! Being 52 is a hard number, but I am loving it..
Excellent points Erin. Thank you. Please share more...as you are able. Can't wait to see your Paris content.
Thanks so much for your support, Kathy! Can't wait to share! xo
I’m new to your channel Erin. I’m 52 and got emotional watching it. I was always so hard on myself. I’ve really been wearing more of what I want over the last few years. You just gave me a kick in the pants to push it a little more. Thank you!!
First of all, WELCOME to a truly amazing community of women, Heather! SO glad you are here and finding my tips helpful for you! xo
Wow, thank you so much for your kind words and genuine support... Truly appreciate YOU more than you know, Teresa! xo
Jackpot. Thanks Erin
I am 67 and I never stopped wearing miniskirts. I love them and look good in them!
This is the best way to be. Thank you for sharing with us Erin 🌟❤️🤗
Love the comment that it is a privilege to be this age. So many folks take it for granted. Great job, Erin❤️
So true! Thanks so much for watching, Cathy! xo
Another inspiring video Erin. Yay to breaking the rules with sass and style! Love the lip print blouse!
You are so right. If you feel it, rock it! ❤
Personal growth, confidence, style…..you are AMAZING!!!!! Love your content.
Great video! Happy to see you smiling!
You are SO welcome! I'm humbled by your sweet words and support, Rachelle! xo
My husband told me l look good the way l dress and l just looked at him. That is when he said can you not take a good comment. I love your blouse. Thank you for your words of wisdom it really helps me with my confidence.
It can be hard to take a compliment... I totally get that one. It takes practice to hear and truly accept it. xo
So thank you💗
Hi Erin, love watching your videos, but this might be one of your best videos I have seen so far. Beautiful message ❤ love it!!
Great video! Love your energy and messaging and style ❤
I'm inspired to take some fashion risks! Thanks Erin!
Absolutely LOVE the message in this vlog! Don't let society tell you how to dress...ROCK your own style! People will make comments and give you snarky looks, it's because they aren't comfortable in their own skin, it's nothing on you😉
I loved your attitude and you are so right no one should care but you. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Erin.
This is my favorite video of all that I’ve seen from you! Thank you so much for making this video. I love that we are embracing our authenticity and given permission to be edgy. I am 64 and I love that I can set my own style because I feel like I’m 35 inside. ❤well done!
Super video. Thank you for giving those of us who need it the confidence to wear whatever the heck we want.
I don't understand why some think shorts are great for everyone. For me shorts look frumpy on me but mini skirts are more flattering & hides my imperfections. I will continue to wear mini skirts. I'm to old for mini skirts?? Nah... TFS... Love your inspiration, Erin.
I got teary towards the end of this video. Thank you Erin..YOU ROCK ❤❤
Thank you!!!! 🛍️🛍️🛍️🛍️ need to freshen up my wardrobe and have fun 🎉
Hi Erin!
I always watch your videos, I am not the kind to comment though :D So I thought I should expand today on this one hahahaha. I believe that as we get older embracing ourselves with grace, allows us to be ourselves and express ourselves comfortably in many different ways, and surely, clothing is one of them!! :)
It is a blessing to be alive, and each day is unique like each one of us, you are an original and therefore, have no energy to compare yourself to others, but to spread your wings and fly un-apologetically!
What a lovely and inspiring comment. Thank you for your inspiration. ❤
I love this channel throughly inspired and makes me smile
Love it! ! !! At my 62 years old. I really don't care what people thing!! Blessings Erin!!😘
Pulling out my romper today and going to pair it with tights! Thanks so much.
thanks for sharing,i am 51 and wear everything ik like and love bright colors , mini skirts . dresses etc i dont care what other people think if i want to wear it i do. your video gives me the right feeling thank you so much xo
Thank you so much for this video I love how you say throw caution to the wind we need to enjoy our bodies
Thank you so much Erin ! I was feeling the winter blues but now i am .going out in pink today! Great reminder to live your best life x
The rompers- love, love love those! You look great in them! ❤❤❤
I love this advice in fashion! I’m 54 and I do my fashion styles my way! Thanks Erin for all your wonderful advice!❤❤❤❤
Thanks as always Erin for your inspiration and love! 😘💞
What a wonderful message, Erin - not just for personal fashion, but for life in general. And I adore your blouse too!
Thanks so much for watching! SO glad this one spoke to you. xo
This was a very positive video. I’m short and I love my legs so I really love wearing rompers and short skirts. Not so short that I can’t bend down but definitely over the knee. I have a few dresses with cutouts hanging in the closet for “the right event” and you gave me encouragement to go and try them on right away. So thank you 😊
Love the lippy print top! Looks great on you, and has inspired me to have a go at some fun prints
❤ you soo much !! I’m 40. I agree with everything you are saying . Glad you are sharing all this with everyone!!
I missed a video like this from you Erin!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Probably my favorite video you’ve ever made. I want to listen to your words every day!! You are SO right!! Thank you Erin ❤
I love the story of your daughter picking out that dress. It also represents women owning their own bodies. It's very powerful.
So glad you enjoyed this video and added such helpful insight to it. xo
Amen sister, I feel that at 62 it should be fun to dress up and I'm having fun thanks for your words of encouragement
You are right about every year being a privilege. I like wearing prints & bright colours. It adds something special to every day. 🌈
I like everything you say… love watching all your videos. Thanks Erin!
First of all, you’re 48!? You’re so right about people being caught up in their own stuff, i try tell my girls that.
Love love love! I’m excited to see your Paris pics! I’ll be there in April-so plenty of time to soak up your Paris inspiration before I pack. ❤
I used a crop top last weekend and cut outs today and feel so happy and beautiful... and confident, can’t believe it🔝😎
LOVE it, Gaby! Thanks so much for sharing! xo
Just packing my suitcase for my Birthday weekend (48) going to Nice, France and i just packed my bright fusia minidress😊
Have the BEST time on your trip! Happy Birthday to YOU!! xo
This is such an empowering video! Thank you for teaching and sharing 💓
Another fabulous & really helpful video, thank you.
I needed your motivation. I love fashion , it’s fun. Thank you,for your positive vibes and reigniting my flame !
Thanks for the inspiration 🙏🏽🙌🏽💪🏽
Love your inspirational attitude and view on our age and fashion - thank you for the push!
I love your neclace, taxido dress, jumpsuits and white dress sooo much!
I am turned 61 in December, and last summer I was still wearing a jumpsuits. I am sure I am going to wear them this coming summer. 😃
So positive and honest.
Keep fighting for us gorgeous gals over 40!
wow - you looked amazing in that black crop top - thanks for your content!
Even if I’m in my mid 30s those advices are helpful for me, thanks!
