    How Do We Solve Our Crisis Of Well-Being?
    Changing our brains. Is it possible to do this and improve our overall wellbeing? The answer is yes. Like any good athlete, we too can adopt mental training strategies to transform our minds, and our lives, for the better. We can develop healthy new habits that involve empathy, compassion, resilience and emotional balance. These strategies can be used to improve not only the well-being of individuals but ultimately communities.
