Leadership is the art of noticing - photography (ft. Ricoh GR)

In this video I share how photography is helping me to build the skill of noticing the world around me. And how this in turn, is helping me to become a better leader and manager.
The art of photography is:
Noticing the world around us
Deciding what to capture and what to leave out
Focusing our energy and attention on that is important
And telling stories through our work
And this is the same in business. Leaders and managers should notice what is happening in their business, decide what to put in focus and what to leave out, direct energy and attention on what is important, and tell stories through their work.
I may be pushing this analogy too far, but for me, the art of noticing (developed through photography) is helping me to develop the art of leadership.
