I have this job ahead of me on my Dad's old 87 Square Body. You did a very nice job there. I hear that all of the Cab Corners are a little big in width. But you solved the problem with out an issue. Nice Job! John

Also, were you using a MIG welder? It handled that thin sheet metal with no problem at all !!

@@hammersgarage no problem man. I own an ‘84 Square so I try & soak in all the Square content I can. 😉👍🏻 I have an Flux Core welder that’s “supposed” to be able to handle sheet metal no problem, I am just going to have to play with it like you said.
