A name suggestion from me is Filomena. Filomena is a form of the Greek female given name Philomena. It means "friend of strength" (φίλος : phílos "friend, lover" and μένος : ménos "mind, purpose, strength, courage") or "loved one" (φιλουμένη : philouménē meaning "loved"). You inspire me to do some home repairs I have been afraid to attempt. I am so glad that David didn’t get sick. What a wonderful thing he did- coming out to help in every way to get you through this first olive harvest and home Reno. He and his wife Julia are going to be lifelong friends I think. Your English is better than many for whom it is their first language. No need to apologize. I could never begin to speak the equivalent of what you speak in English if I tried to speak Italian. Mistakes in learning a new skill are part of the process. What you two do is keep moving. Such dedication and resilience. What a great example for Luce. Your commitment to all you do is inspiring. I had this video on speaker and listening whilst I cooked breakfast for myself ( I am recently widowed from my Sicilian/Australian husband) . When Luce called out “Nonna!” My heart jumped and I looked at my door expecting my own grand babies to be visiting 😂. It was as if Luce knew I needed a smile and some joy in my day.

Almost 90 years ago, when my sisters were young, our Sicilian parents, who were bilingual, forbid them from learning Sicilian. That unfortunate rule was perpetuated with me a number of years later. Please, please, please do not apologize for any differences or mispronunciations when speaking English because both of you speak it beautifully. To speak more than one language is a blessing. Discard any and all negative comments you may receive and only focus on the heartfelt positive ones. Great job done by all.
Both my parents came to America in the late 1920's. At that time if was very much frown upon to speak Italian. So as we kids were going up, my parents believed that as we are born in the USA we should only speak English. It's too bad because my mom spoke beautiful Italian. Sara and Luca's English if great. No need for them to apologize.

As far as naming the oil, I think you should name it after your last name (surname) or Luce’s Olive Oil. I know in Italy our names are important. We name our children after our mother and fathers. Fear of making mistakes is what stops many from trying to speak another language. I teach languages in English schools and see this every day. You guys are an amazing example of how to succeed by trying. After all, we all make mistakes even in our native language so don't worry about it, just keep trying. I love hearing the italian in your videos and you speak English beautifully. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I have a great respect for people that speak more than 1 language. When I speak a different language, I appreciate when native speakers do not get caught up in overcorrecting each and every insignifiant mistake which can then cause a person to get very self conscious and shut down. I have found the most critical and intolerant people are the ones that speak only 1 language. Lots of love and encouragement to you and your beautiful family.

Oh so sad to see David leave but so grateful for his big heart. We need more people in the world like him. The copper pipes are looking beautiful and go so well with the character of this home. The black, shiny critter that you found in the olive grove, is a slug. A snail has a shell. Both are harmless, but quite destructive in a veggie patch. 🐌 Not sure about olive trees. 😅 Lucia is the most adorable little girl and such a ray of sunshine. She is uber cute! I’m very sorry that David has returned home, but I’m sure he’ll be back next year to see the progress and help with the olives. Such a nice, friendly peep!

The doors turned out beautiful. The olive grove looks so peaceful.
Personally I really like the copper pipes on the inside of the kitchen wall. Not only are they fully protected from any below-freezing temperatures in winter, but if you ever have a leak or other problem, you can find it and fix it quick. And copper plumbing is attractive to look at. And if Martha Stewart doesn't think so, nobody is forcing her to look at it.

I love the exposed pipes. Not only are they pretty but if they ever need fixed you aren't digging in walls. I've had to open up so many walls in my old house to fix leaks and replace pipes. You guys look happy. All the best to your sweet family!!

I have been thinking about a name for your beautiful land and your EVOO brand, and this is what came up with…”Terre Rinate Orchards”…or “Terre Rinate EVOO”, which, as you know, means “Lands Reborn” and in my mind, I picture your logo as a beautiful old 🫒 olive tree, growing in the shape of a heart, with the old “face” you found in your 100-year old olive tree, carved in the tree trunk!! It could be such a cool logo!! I’m in advertising and love creating new ideas! 💡 I’m sure you will come up with an amazing name, etc.! Keep us posted! ❤ Linda
Some tips for Luca: solder always go to the flame, as soon as the joint is hot, put the solder on and take the flame away, solder will go into joint and be done.

I heard you use the word " rebirth ". That really spoke to me because you have caused the olive grove to be renewed and used again. So " REBIRTH" for the name of your oil. ❤❤❤

It's wonderful to teach Luce to speak 2 languages. She's a smart kid and really enjoys being in the videos. So much fun. Please do not apologize - you do remarkably well in English and as a person who does not speak Italian, I'm in no place to judge. And it was obvious what you were doing - who are we to nitpick? PS, the soldering is really looking great - you've learned how to get good connections and have a smooth finish. Well done. Love the blue barrels for storage up there - they will protect the nets and that will save so much work and money. A great investment!

Hello beautiful family Sarah, Luca and Luce, God knew you needed kind and honest people to help you with your olive trees, and David and your friends were the right crew. You and your beautiful family are very blessed and loved by GOD and us. I would love to one day come and work beside you and your family and friends. It would be such a n amazing experience. I'm getting ready to retire from working with special needs children I've loved every minute of it and I'm going to miss all the experiences that the children have given me. I love traveling so hopefully one day we will meet, and have a blessed time. I think what ever you name your Olive grove it will reflect how you take care of it,and so far your doing an excellent job ❤May Gods hand bring an abundant harvest each year.
