These include 16 LUTS (8 LUT x 2 Variation) is made for my previous work which I posted on RUclips and shot by Sony camera using the HLG picture profile ( A7 series and A6000 series. but I guess it works on other manufacture cameras that have Hybrid Log-Gamma too ).

For everyone that is wondering what picture profile setting to use with the LUT's:
Gamma - HLG2
Color Mode - 709
Everything else is the default.
I found it on his website in the description of the LUT pack.

Do you need to color grade or just apply the lut thats all ...
@@WuAhGestudioproduction adjust exposure, white balance and contrast. And of course lut intensity.
So just making sure, no need to add a rec709 since the color mode is already 709, yea? Hopefully you reply, it would really help out

This seriously looks insane, well done ! I just switched from HLG to SLOG2 and Cine2. I found that HLG needed to many color correction, especially to get rid of this green tint. So far, loving the additional dynamic range of S-Log2, and with +32 in-camera saturation, I found no visual difference in artefacting.
Love +32 also with SLOG!

They look great! It's interesting that you are shooting with the 709 color space rather than BT.2020. I may have to try that. It could save me some time in post where I struggle to get the color noise down with the Sony 8bit.
I was curious about this also. Which color space do you prefer out of 709 and BT.2020 now? Which one do you think is more accurate?
@@jtperceptions try 709 give the best Results
I though Rec2020 is the standard for HLG and, in comparing with Rec709, Rec2020 offers a wider color space. Hence, I wonder why rec709 gives best result.
@@joe-lee 709 looks better straight out of camera, but has less information to play with in post.

I watch many videos on RUclips, it inspires me and it opens my head a lot. many filmakers with very good results, with very good material, but in my view you are the messi of the videos. You are different as we say in Argentina. Do you know what would be incredibly good? one of your videos, any of them, with the information in each plane of the focal length, iso, F and shutter speed you used. Hey can you share your picture profile settings and exposure settings how to expose so it's easier to apply the luts and get the same results
When you go on his website to purchase the LUT, in the description it says to use
