As someone who tried to collect as much of the store as possible for a couple of years, and ended up with hundreds of items, I will say it is extremely hard to collect everything.
Even harder 2 store everything. It's not hard 2 collect if someone has the finances 2 collect js but it's definitely hard 2 figure out what you want to keep collecting & where you're gonna store it long term. Bbw is making it harder by bringing out boatload of fragrances often.
It really is all year last year I got every piece even if I didn’t like it this year I’m not doing that!! The mist and shower gels are out of hand in my home rn lol

I'm overwhelmed by my candles for sure and I live in a 300sqft studio with my BF and there's nowhere to put them or my tons of mists and soaps and wallflowers. Thank God I'm moving into a house soon so I can take inspiration from you.

I’ve started collecting and I only buy what I think smells good, and for repackages I only buy them if I like the design ❤ but I am definitely overwhelmed with the amount of candles I have 😅
The thing about repackages is they tweak the scents as well so it still ends being a new fragrance but not new new.
I have a good size collection, but this year I realized it’s time to keep it my favorites. Only berry scented ones. If it’s a good foodie or berry scent I am going to collect it. Still hard as I picked up new ones that came in the bling faceted this Christmas lol. Great advice Bonnie! Definitely going to keep that in mind or I will run out of room.

Bake Shop and some of the limited SAS releases are the only ones I collect. All others I buy with the intent of using up. 😀
I used Coconut Candy apple a few nights ago. I cut my body cream in half and barely have any left 😂 I have a few more uses of the shower gel and mist. That was a good one ❤🍎

My collection is on the shelves in our guest bedroom closet. It can get a bit overwhelming at times, but overall I really enjoy collecting and enjoying all the scents. ☺️

I was the girl who organized her books, records, tapes, cds, dvds and everything else in alphabetical order...and I still do lol. I love organization. I'm constantly reorganizing my closet and my collections. But my problem is that I like to display my collections. So I have to keep them relatively small. Which I guess is a good thing, so I know my limits lol.
Hey Bonnie, it’s Danny! I see on a lot of your videos you try to guess what year a BBW product was from. ALL of their products have the exact day and year they were made (fun fact right?!) if you look on the bottom of a body care product or even candle, you will see 4 digits. For example 2136 means it was made in 2022 on the 136th day. Another example is 9250. That means it was made in 2019 on the 250th day. So the first digit is always the year and the remaining digits tells you the exact day it was made. 😊
I store randomly I have out my faves now plus the red colored ones for v day. For the holidays I had those out so they are back in my bin. Pretty much as the seasons go by that's how it display. I do use them. My fave now is cloud nine due my raging allergies.
Hi Bonnie, excellent job on keeping up with old and new collection. I love collecting mist as well but only keep my favorites i'd say about 25 and use them all year round. I only re-purchase when i ran out or on sale.
I spot a gnome box under the owl... I have it too! I love gnomes for all seasons!

I like the Sweet Whiskey in the purple/mauve faceted, and the grey, magenta, and silver packaging - I thought that was a unique design.👍😘💜
I really liked the chalkboard packaging, too…and I’m not usually a packaging girl.
I HAVE AMONG THE CLOUDS!!!! Yes, prices on body wash, cream and spray all went up to $17.95. So for my $16.50 rewards I got the lotion and the new sunshine in blooms shower gel and had gift card for mostly to pay for spray. Old products will stay at $16.50 for sprays
Another good way to utilize the rewards if on the wallflower plugs if you use them because they rarely go on sale. You can use the rewards as long as the plug 16.50 or less

Yay...no collecting for me (I have collected way to much stuff over the years) and now I have to spend time cleaning it out🙈...I have two shelves in my bathroom...I buy about one new fragrance a year😊
I like your storage idea. I only have 25 ffm and about 10 lotions that I keep in a bin in the basement and my husband calls me a hoarder! 😂. Oh but about 20 shower gels, but I don't count them since I go through them fast and store them in another location.
I keep only what I like. I give away or resell (unused or hardly used) ffm's.
They need to up their SAS game. I used to go ham when they had True Blue and Coco Shea. Bring back True Blue! The products and scents were amazing.
Well , I have a white shelf that has three shelves. The. Top has my mini travel size lotion. Also the mini creams. Then the hand cream. The second shelf has summer and spring. I use the old ones first then the new ones in the back . The third shelf is fall and Christmas. Same with those use old first and the new ones In the back. Yes it's definitely hard to decide which ones are going and which ones are your favorite. My collection was huge before. Now it's somewhat better.

Hi Bonnie! Thank you for sharing this with us! I love seeking past scents and listening to how you store your collection. I have a shelf in my bedroom where I rotate my scents out and it’s by season for the most part. For instance right now all of my Summer and Spring are stored in boxes under the bed 😂 I have a rolling cart in my (small) bedroom closet that I store my shower gels on.
All of the products that I gift out including soaps and candles I keep separate and I have them in a linen closet. That takes up ALOT of room so I have to be creative about where to store actual linens lol but for now it works for me!
I gave up buying candles merely because they take up too much space. We've downsized our rental, so space is precious. Now I stick to wallflowers. As for body care, I only purchase and collect scents I actually use. If the new scents are similar to what I have, I forgo the purchase .

I have been collecting mists for 2.5 years and I don't buy every single new one but just ones I like a lot, which are mostly fruity ones, right now I have 36 :)
For body care I only buy scents that I really love and use but still I have more than 50 mists and many creams and lotions. I could not try to collect everything ! My favorite scents ever are champagne sprinkles, midnight amber glow and beach nights. I love very sweet gourmand scents. You really inspire me with your great storage ideas ! Love your channel ❤

I had recently commented on another video about this and now I had to come on here to say that I also have an Englisb degree! And I work in a library lol. I have a huge collection that I have had for 20 plus years I go through it a couple times a year and give away to family and friends and what's left over I sell at yard sales and I also give it to thrift stores. Its overwhelming some times. Thanks for sharing Bonnie 💕😊

My stash is not as extensive as yours but I do have storage issues. I only get what I want or like the packaging. I use them for my decor br and bedr. I gave away a lot and used without purchase in 2022. Am getting back into it but no more whole collection in sets for me..just no space

I'm trying to use up a sweet pea lotion from 2013, my fave scent as a teen, which I'm just so over now lol, I'm making myself use it up before I get into the lotion I got this year , I definitely save everything, I do gift things if I have a full product I don't care for the scent of OR if I end up with multiples to the point I know I won't use , I bought 2 make joy happen boxes after buying the dream bright collection so end up gifting some

I was never able to get the coconut candy apple body mist. So I’m mixing the coconut snowball with champagne apple & honey mist.
I’m trying not to buy duplicate scent profiles until I use up that scent even if I miss out on things. I store the mists by season so they all get used.
I would love a huge wall of BBW FFMs and Candles...not 4000 ft worth though,LOL
Wish I was able to get the wrapped in vanilla mist. Only was able to get the lotion. I collect florals and warm and cozy scents. I love love love bonfire bash.

I like buying the minis but if I fall in love with a scent I get it in the full size and all the other pieces that come with it. It does suck that not everything comes in a mini but I try to go into a store to check out the full size products that don't have a mini and see if it's worth it in the full size. But I can't always do that since the nearest store is a couple hours away.
Hi Bonnie. My collection is small yet sweet and pretty. I recently discovered some bread tins in the dollar spot at Target a week or so ago. I bought three and am limiting myself to what will fit in that. Each holds 12 mists. This means 36 is my ideal limit. All three of these bread tins sit on a deep shelf in my bathroom that is tucked away in a tight corner. The shelves are deep so simply just putting the mists right on the shelves is not an option as I kept knocking them over when reaching for one. Now that I have my mists in the tins I am loving how it looks to! So pretty really. I do have a few mists more than what is in the tins but that is because I have one at work and I keep one at my desk at home at all times. I do change out scents as much as possible. I try to to duplicate anything unless it's a fave for me. My best advice for myself when making the purchases was that I needed to really like it before taking it home. Easier for me to shop in the store than online due to shipping costs mainly. I also found a couple of Christmas crates at Michaels that I simply turned the decorative part to the pack and my lotions are in one and shower gels in another. Each holds eight. The target bread tines were five dollars each and the crates from Michaels were only a few dollars each maybe? I am working on reorganizing my entire apartment as it's small and my collections and decor already take up too much space so I really need to limit myself for more than one reason.

It rain these week too was nice to pick up a hot cocoa as well and donut as well as well I never wanted to collect buy if you love fragrance it can seem you collect them and don't fall in use it up just in special occasions big mistake is mist not decor remember by time you want to use it might go bad don't fall into that trap is yours it makes you happy use it.
Mists have the longest shelf life of all the forms, they last 4 yrs so she's OK.
Oh yes I loved that rosewood and that Clementine one as well only I can't find them that's when I started realizing I have a problem when I know that I have body care and I can't find it. My goal is to use some things up. I'm not doing too great on that but it's my goal it also didn't help when I went instore today I discovered 7 new candle scents I want and I've only burned through 3 so far 🤣💞
I only keep what I absolutely love. Not like but love. Cant be a repackage or anything that smells like something else I already have. I also only get backups of unicorns

I actually recently sold quite a few FFM that were practically new, ones that I bought blindly online thinking I would like because the reviews were so great and I ended up not liking them very much at all lol. Bonfire Bash, Sweet Whiskey and Sweater Weather were a few I got rid of, I know lots of people like those ones but I tend to prefer the fruity/gourmand scents. So yeah, I sold quite a few FFM then I went online and bought a few more during SAS 🤣 but I only bought ones that I know for sure I like and have smelled before. I’ve also narrowed down my small collection and just keep ones that I like the best and that are my favorites. No more blind buys for me. Great organizing video! This year I’m collecting only mists the ones I like and will use them I have atleast 200 mists or less I have so many fragrance mist I can forever keep them in alternation and I probably won’t go through not one bottle anytime soon I have a lot not just Bath and Bodyworks Victoria’s Secret to

I just buy a complete collection - wash/mist/cream or lotion- of what I actually like and use. I Organize by season and go even further and than organize within the season by alphabetical name. Do this also with my candles and my hand soaps.
I have had to realize I can’t buy everything as well. I discovered I preferred gourmands the most and don’t care for the tropical scents at all, which surprised me cause I’m a beachaholic. Something about wearing coconut is nauseating to me though. 😢 so it’s nice to eliminate! Also don’t love intense florals! If it’s too soft of a fragrance also then it’s too aggravating to spray it a thousand times a day! It’s great to shave down a collection and only have what you LOVE!

I wish there were travel size options for all the mists. Useful for the scents you like and want to have, but don't love and may use infrequently. It would certainly help with paring down storage requirements. I only just started and have about 40. It's a tiny collection in comparison but more than I'll need in a lifetime. My goal is to only buy scents that are not too similar to what I already have. Don't need all the permutations of raspberry scents lol. Just because they smell nice, doesn't mean I need to buy them. It's not easy to sell these off in my country and there's no collector's value even for discontinued scents. It also isn't accepted as a donation. And there's no one to give to. So I have to strive not to add frivolously in the first place. Which is so hard. But you learn as you go :)
In terms of keeping track, do you make note somehow (like a spreadsheet or something) of what and how many you have? In terms of my stash, mine is pretty small compared to most, and it can still get overwhelming. lol. I use a small rolling shelf to hold most of my stuff. The top row is the bars of soap (which only last me about two weeks in the shower), then several of the body washes/scrubs. The second row has my two containers of my wallflower scents (I use three right now throughout my apartment), the third row is my shower gels (semi-organized by season), and the bottom row is for some of my lotions/body creams, body spray, hand sanitizers, and not sure what else. In my bathroom, I have a large shelving unit where I stash a lot of my hand soaps and some of my creams/lotions. However, a lot of my BBW stuff is also gifted throughout the year, and I can keep some in my duffel bag for when I travel.
BTW, when you are traveling, how do you decide which BBW products to take? :)

Even though I've been shopping at BBW on and off throughout the years I don't have a lot in comparison to some others. I'm also a seasonal consumer. I shop mainly late summer, fall/Halloween and Christmas/Winter. I also can go on for a couple of years with hardly buying anything. I think it's because I worked in offices for most of my adult life and wearing fragrances was discouraged due to people having allergies. I found myself not buying. Now that I've been working from home for a few years and before the pandemic I've kind of rediscovered fragrances. I have a few older mists with no fragrance notes just for the packaging. I have upgraded with some. I have a Winter Candy Apple and Frosted Coconut Snowball from 2019. Even though they still smell great I will be upgrading next Christmas season. I will still keep them due to the packaging. I'm a sucker with packaging. Right now I have about 30 mists in total. Some are large bottles and minis. I'm not looking into collecting really. I just stick with scents I really like generally. I made a spot for them on a shelf in craft room/work room as they make me happy. We need a bake shop collection. I'm hoping they will have one this year for sure.

No is pretty good if you use regularly and twice a day plus depending how much you spray .
