Brilliant Geoff! You're a mind reader. After your last video on crackers, I was wondering about rye, and here it is. We get a lovely bio-dynamic rye here in Albany (Aust) that makes beautiful bread, so I'm sure it will be perfect for these. Will let you know how I go. Thanks again.
How crispy are these ...i will make them for my husband he likes rye flour in breads as well ...still not one for me ahhhh !.. but he will enjoy these with some nice stilton.... which i can eat !!!lol xxxx

Nice try, but you forgot about the oven, what temperature? And the ingredients might be better, removing the sugar.
