I watched the documentary on HBO about her, my daughter came out and was asking me who she is, and i said honey that gorgeous woman is Donna Summer, or like the people like me remember her, she is the queen of disco. She was a beautiful, beautiful woman, and I thankfully was around to enjoy trash disco, and knew when they played last dance it was the end of the night

Back in the late 70s my record collection included the Sex Pistols, Van Halen, Cheap trick and the like...and Donna Summer. Strangely, none of my friends ridiculed me for it. A beautiful voice and a beautiful face, sorely missed RIP.
