Seriously people, HTC has finally put everything everyone expected them to have in their flagship. Physical buttons, water resistance, Boom sound speakers, SD Card slot, Good camera...everything that makes a phone great is here. Yet people still complain this phone is not beautiful enough(While there's G6...), small battery(S8?iPhone7?), big bazel. People praise Nexuses so much because their camera and software and U11 is the phone with all the additional features Nexuses dreams of but would never happen, what's the logic behind this? If you want a phone with good material, great camera(probably the best now), good battery life, good speakers, HTC U11 is the way to go.
You my friend are taking the words right out of my mouth, imho the HTC U11 is 2017's best overall smartphone. I bet that a lot of top RUclipsr's will still negate that fact because of brand loyalty/bad experience with HTC reps and/or most of all... full of sh!tness. I am a proud SG S7 owner and was on the verge of buying either a SG S8 or LG G6... but hey, I guess HTC is getting my money this year.

I love bezels .. Headphones included are USB-Type C .. and they also gave u a free 3.5 to Type C Adaptor 3000 Battery is more than enough .. the S8 has 5.9" and is using the same battery .. for 5.5" it's more than perferct

the worst arguments that this phone is worst than its competitors is that the U11 only has IP67, compared to IP68. It is still the same water resistance but NOPE we have to bash HTC. Bezels? HTC has explained that they are unable to source for bezel-less displays because they do not have their own display division while samsung and lg has, and has the ability to do so for their own mobile division. And seriously, bezels really help in allowing the phone to be held comfortably.
HTC U11 is the best and most futuristic phone of 2017 but getting too many hates from Samsung fanboys cause they know it has already beaten their fragile s8 in every departments already 😂😂😂

HTC 'decided' to stand out not designed because they need more customers to buy their phones since HTC is yet soon to be bankrupt. As you can see from they stock market even though there is a increase in stock from the release of U11. Look at the colors, they are shiny and stunning but it is just design to stand out in the public where you can see lots of Samsung and Apple. Shiny phone are kind of...called it retarded? Hardly see shiny bright phones in this century lol.

When front fingerprint under display comes,when real great DAC and even greater amp come back with truly great metal design and real front boomsound, than htc and others can count on my money
DO NOT BUY PHONE IF YOU ARE ON VERIZON! WILL NOT WORK. Phone has been stuck at their outsourced repair center for 2 MONTHS NOW. Rep told me they still have no clue why it won't work. Said 25% of phones won't connect to Verizon network. Everything has been a complete NIGHTMARE with this company. Been loyal customer since Thunderbolt.
